Wow this place is an absolute treat for anyone looking for an old school take away chip shop that offers gluten free options. You know they take it seriously when there are dedicated menu boards that literally offer everything as a gf option, even scraps! None of the usual p#£sed off looks when ordering and the standard comment " it will take 40 minutes extra for gf orders, whilst you are left waiting awkwardly...." Ordered, cooked and served in less than 10 minutes, what a joy, I felt like a normal chip loving fatty. So the service was first class and guess what? They smashed the food out of the park! Crispy golden batter that clung to the fish, lovely chips and a pot of peas that were seasoned to perfection. Thank you guys, you made day 1 of our trip a belter!

I visit loungers resteraunts a lot due to being celiac. They all have the same fantastic Gluten Free menu. This one is just as good as them all. Will absolutely visit again

Sue and Lizzie served us last week and I can honestly say they were the best shop bought chips I've had in a long time, Not greasy at all , hot and full of flavour......and plenty of them ! I cant understand anyone saving the portions are small...they are not. You can choose different portions sizes if you want but there is always plenty of them. I'm coeliac and I was hoping that I would be able to get a gluten free batter , alas the dedicated fryer is broken and as they are not cheap it will be next year before a new one is ordered . This was very politely explained to me with numerous apologies......regardless of that the chips were 10/10 and its well worth a visit if you are taking in the Scarbados sea front. Thanks again Sue , Lizzie and all the team

This is a lovely place to come and eat. Staff were very friendly, and gluten-free fish and chips and amazing definitely recommend. I had gluten-free cod, chips, and mushy peas with strawberry ice cream milkshake, and my husband had normal cod and chips. We both really enjoyed them

Today I’ve had a few hours in Scarborough. I was delighted to find this lovely coffee shop tucked away in the corner of the Brunswick Centre. It’s light, bright and clean with easy access frontage to the counter etc and a small amount of seating and there’s more seating out in the covered central area of the Centre ( maybe 30 seats). Although I only had time for a cuppa as I had a train to catch, it was great to see a variety of plant based milks available at no extra charge. Bonus points for the amazing gluten free cakes available and not the boring gf chocolate cake that seems to be the standard offering in many places. Will definitely be back!
