Best Bagels Ive had in Humboldt. Hosting Artists work and all your bagel fixings. Even their Gluten Free bagel is on point. Expensive, expensive, but worth it.

This is a great location, favorite for outdoor patio morning coffee. My only gripe is their gluten free bagel is a scurvy puck, I am not sure ir they make it in gouse, but this could be better. Despite this, i still enjoy Ramone's

Lots of gluten free options. We started with the burrata with green olives, tomato slices, pesto and balsamic vinegar. It was delicious. Then I had the gluten free Mac and cheese served sizzling. It had spinach, cherry tomatoes and black olives that worked so well. My husband had the pork with creamy polenta and it was perfect. The only thing that was just ok was the green beans and Brussels sprouts. I’d not get those again but everything else was amazing.

They have glutenfree pizza. I asked if the glutenfree pizza is also for people with celiac disease because I already react to traces of gluten. His answer was: If you need a 100% gluten-free pizza, you'll get it! That was really nice. And I had no symptoms afterwards. Taste-wise, the pizza was good, but not very good.

Once you taste this bread and everything you will be blessed by the gods. Its so good. Staff is SO nice and extremely enthusiastic. Everything is clearly labeled (including where you order don't listen to queen of cups) and one day they even gave me 2 baguettes for FREE! They even have non-bread options for gluten free folks. I go here everytime i get a chance to its amazing.
