Their gluten free pizza was delicious. Really liked the flavor of their sauce. Ordered pepperoni, mushrooms, and cheese. At first it seemed like it was a lot of cheese, but it ended up being the perfect amount. Would definitely come here again if in the area.
We’ve been to Ferro twice. I have a lot of food sensitivities, but I’ve eaten at Ferro without ANY reactions!!! The service is wonderful, and the outside patio is perfect!! The gluten free pizza crust is superb!!! And their toppings are generous!!! The only negative is how far we live from Ferro!! 🤤 thank you, Ferro, for quality ingredients and delicious food!!
Amazing options with gluten free and vegan. Was almost sold out but that's the best because it means the donuts and baked goods are that tasty! Couldn't get any more pictures of the food. The hubby and I inhaled them. So delicious
The ice cream was so good and creamy! The employees who worked there were very nice and provided great service, especially since we arrived right when they were closing. I definitely recommend this place as a quick ice cream stop with a large variety of ice cream flavors, vegan and gluten free options, drinks, and jerky!

This review is long overdue, but I couldn’t wait any longer while I sit here eating a hot pastrami sandwich that has transported me back to the best east coast delis. As a Jew from Philly/NYC, I often can feel homesick for my favorite dishes living in the wilderness of Southern California. But Raven Hill is my respite. Sadly, I cannot eat their legendary bagels due to an allergy, but owner Kristi, Travis and their team have gone out of their way to accommodate my cravings with gluten free bagels and many other options. There’s a never-ending labor of love and inspiration churning behind the scenes, and you can feel it when you walk through the doors. Plus, they now have a full menu, gourmet market and grab & go case of amazing snacks and picnicky items. Lest I forget to mention, they have the BEST COFFEE ON THE HILL. Don’t sleep on it.
Ladies at the counter were so kind, friendly, and helpful! My family struggles to find good gluten free desserts and this place did not disappoint. Will be back here every time we want a delicious GF crepe. Their horchata iced coffee was not too sweet with a perfect hint of cinnamon. My boys loved the ice cream and milkshake as well.
Felt like a very local atmosphere. My club sandwich was delectable, as were the fries. They made fries without flour coating to accommodate a gluten-free guest. The only problem I had was that the service was slow, but it wasn't nearly a big enough problem to warrant 4 stars.

What a gem. I am going to crave the Mexican hot chocolate when we leave! Idyllwild in general does not have the highest level of cuisine, but this place really stands out as outstanding (I also love Ferro, which uses their chocolate in an amazing gluten-free chocolate cake!). I highly recommend the Mexican hot chocolate, and they have non-dairy milk options, including Oat milk! Very progressive of them in this beautiful mountain town! We will go here every day while we are in town! Great for anyone with gluten allergies or milk allergies!

My husband and I love visiting Sunflower for our favs and specials they make. I am a savory/salt person and my husband has a gigantic sweet tooth and we are never disappointed. Great gluten free and vegan options as well (that I adore!). You are in for a treat when you visit Janie and her team. :)
Great local spot! Has awesome vegetarian / vegan and gluten free options!! Humane and organic protein options. The Alpaca Bowl and the burgers were delish. Outdoor and indoor seating. Excellent lattes (recommend the Nutella latte). Large selection of teas. Friendly service. We are so thrilled this is in Idyllwild - definitely a needed addition. 100% recommend.
Found great vegetarian options on the Hill. The veggie blend can be ordered in a smothered big burrito, tacos, tostada etc. Listed as vegetarian, their classic refried beans didn’t have lard (always hard to be sure) and the flaky fluffy Mexican rice wasn’t made with animal broth. It was really nice to enjoy these flavors with confidence. And the staff had no trouble omitting cheese and sour cream. And being gluten-free, I can attest the corn tortillas and chips and the ranchero sauce are indeed GF.
