We had an exceptional experience at True Food Kitchen, and our server Julia made it even better. Our main reason for visiting was the abundance of gluten-free options, and we were delighted by how amazing and delicious they all were. Our daughter has Celiac disease, so knowing they are extremely careful with cross-contamination put us at ease. We tried the chicken tenders with kale salad, the ancient grain bowl (sooo good!), the grass-fed burger, and the most delicious Thai peanut noodle bowl. Each dish was a 10/10! Thank you, Julia, for your sweet smile and extensive knowledge of the menu ❤️ We will be back soon:)

I only like chicken tenders and fries. So when my wife told me this was similar to a “Togo” bowl place, I was very skeptical. But they blew it out of the water. The service was excellent, lots of young faces but great service. On top of that the steak is my favorite … who would have ever thought I ate cauliflower? Well I do now!! Great food, great staff and great concept. Will be back again, recommended this to a few of my vegan and gluten free friends too since I never know places

I’m not sure where to begin my review; would it be talking about the outstanding warm hummus, the unique and delicious falafel, the array of gluten free items I can safely eat, the outstanding entrees or the decadent desserts (halva ice cream - best I’ve ever had). I could go on and on. The cherry on top are the owners Lauren and Ilan. They are so gracious and talented in the kitchen and will make you feel so at home in their restaurant. Run, don’t walk !!
