I love everything about this place. As somebody who eats gluten and dairy free, it’s always so easy to find stuff to eat on the menu. Did I mention all of it is ridiculously delicious? The staff is friendly and the service is quick. 10/10 would recommend
Stopped in with my daughter who is gluten-free. She got a delicious looking salmon salad, and I had a burger, which was great. Server was great. Main complaint was the drinks. It was happy hour and I ordered an original margarita on the rocks and it was horrible. Tasted like it was straight out of a mix bottle. I get a migraine from most mixes so I asked the server to replace it with a glass of happy hour Chardonnay, which was equally awful. Would go back for the food, but definitely not drinks.
We had a really great dinner. The food was delicious and the staff were very informed about the menu. Nothing was labeled as GF, but they knew what was celiac safe. The chips are in a dedicated fryer. The margaritas were AMAZING!!
I have many new very restricted dietary issues and had not been out to eat in a month. I had called ahead to see if they had gluten free pasta. They know our party had a reservation for last night. They prepared a beautiful delicious pasta with shrimp, lemon, white wine and sautéed spinach dish (can’t have garlic) My kudos to the chef, Will the manager and our awesome server Gail !!! Thanks and we will be back.
We are Snowbirds from Toronto who have our vacation home here in Cape Coral. My husband knows the first restaurant I always want to visit is Masala Mantra. I have even gone alone when he had to go home to Canada. Great friendly atmosphere and staff, love the food and good prices. We brought our vegan son
this year and he was also happy. I am Celiac and they have been very accommodating.
Love this restaurant!
Ordered a gluten free bun w/ sandwich, ice cream with peanut butter cups. Specified allergy.. they put BROWNIES in my ice cream... like cmon. is this a sick joke? This is not the first time they don't take allergies or insensitivities serious. the store manager doesn't do anything if you do fill out a survey, you never hear from anyone on the lack of proper caution. No one is perfect, but that is ridiculous. AVOID this location.
I've been here before when visiting Cape Coral and it definitely has good food. Last night I had gluten-free pasta with the the Alfredo sauce because that's virtually never an option. The pasta was more dry with covered with heavy white cheese and very little sauce. I had the baked dish that now I can't remember the exact name of but it had chicken shrimp + something else not prosciutto but I can't remember. The chicken was kind of flavorless... Overall I wasn't impressed with that dish. Both my sisters said their meals were good. Last time I was there I got the pizza and it was delicious.. My server was great.
This ws an amazing experience. Dont k ow why we waited so long to come here, the drinks were epic and my son and my girl and i ate like we were starving. Onw vegan, one gluten free and one carnivor lol, we ate and drank and loved every single thing.
As a NJ transplant, paradise is the best we’ve had in cape. The vodka sauce on the pizza is really good. The crust and thinness is good too. The gluten free pizza is the best I’ve had.
I ordered a custom gluten free cake from here for my daughter's graduation from high school and also from culinary shool. Both cakes were beautiful and delicious! I highly recommend LadyCakes, especially for anyone dealing with gluten allergies.
Just wow. All vegans, vegeterians and gluten free humans, this is the place to get a ridiculously great burger and fries. The space is sooo cute and gives old school burger joint vibes with a clean open kitchen. You can tell these great ladies cook a lot at home because everything has flavor. I had a vegan burger on a gluten free bun with regular cheese, mishrooms, onions lettuce and tomato. Normally i have to cook at home to get a good burger but this? This was so worth it. If youre reading this, get your shoes on and get over here asap! Omg and they do free milk shakes on thursdays 😭. So obsessed right now.

We found this gem a few years ago and every time we are in the area we’ve gotta visit! We love the gluten free and sugar free ice cream- it’s delish! Highly recommend..
My family had a wonderful meal here. They have a huge menu. Nothing is labeled GF, but they can modify many dishes and a lot are just naturally gluten free. They can even make sushi GF and have GF soy sauce. The seafood tower is to die for and the gluten free pasta was so good!
We had a nice dinner at the restaurant one evening while in town and also ordered pizzas to go one night. Nothing is labeled gluten-free on the main menu, but they have a small gluten-free menu if you ask. Fried items are not celiac safe, including the chips with the nachos. The staff is knowledgeable and can guide you towards safe meals. In the restaurant I got the barbecue sandwich without the bun. And a side of pesto potatoes cooked in a pan. The pizzas to-go were good. I was assured the GF pizzas were cooked on a separate pan.
Rob took such great care of our table. Recommended awesome variations for the items on the menu and accommodated for a gluten allergy. We enjoyed the atmosphere with such a good meal. 10/10 recommend
Fathoms restaurant is a great restaurant to done at in the very nice and ritzy cape harbour shops . The food was fresh and we always enjoy dining out with the kiddos here . Take the family here you won't regret it and then for dessert if none of the dessert options here don't quite appeal to you go to menchies on ne pine island or d for a delicious and refreshing healthy gluten free low calorie treat .
We found our new favorite gluten free wings and gluten free pizza spot! The sweet Thai chili wings were finger licking good. We ordered the house special gf pizza and it came loaded with fresh and quality toppings. We love mushroom on our pizza so the holy shitake pie hit the spot. The only thing I recommend is requesting the pizza to be more well done because gluten free dough can be slightly doughy sometimes. You should definitely order the spicy mango margarita. It was delicious. We enjoyed the atmosphere and the service was very friendly. We even met the owner Chris who came over and introduced himself to us. We loved hearing how much he cared about the business and told us the artwork was done by a local artist. We enjoyed the whole vibe of the place.
To our surprise on Mother's Day, we won the golden ticket for a free meal at Mellow Mushroom in Cape Coral. We couldn't be happier. It's really hard to eat out when my husband suffer from celiac disease so this place checked all the boxes.
Good stuff. I ordered crab. Make sure you know how to eat it. I used a little hammer to brake the well and then eat it. Good experience and not really expensive (especially for a sea food restaurant). They have gluten-free options. And a 2 for 1 drinks deal.
Also probably a good idea to make a reservation even if they say it's not gonna be busy. It can randomly get busy and then it will take like 40 minutes for you to get a table.
We decided to try it out while on vacation and was pleasantly surprised they had a good amount of gluten free options! They even had a gluten free bun that did not fall apart! Win win!
The burger with the lettuce had the gluten free bun! Both salads were gluten free. The dessert was not gluten free but my husband said it was very very good!
Our service was great as well. We definitely recommend this Duffy's location.
Best stuffed shells I’ve ever had. I’ve also had eggplant there and really enjoyed it. The free garlic rolls are amazing (& better than the up-charged garlic bread). One suggestion — please add gluten free pasta! They have GF pizza options, but no pasta right now.
This locally owned gem is worth the wait! We visited on a Saturday night and it was packed, but we had a table in less than 30 minutes. The selections were varied and the food was delectable. It’s easy to see why they’ve earned all of the “Best of” awards hung on their walls. They offer all of the traditional Italian dishes, but the pasta with clams or mussels appeared to be a favorite with the other diners. The portions were large enough to need to go boxes. They offer vegetarian and gluten free options and were not put out at all when I inquired about these. Our waitress, Janice was wonderful! Give this memorable place a try!
🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟, A Must-Stop Coffee Spot!
Hands down one of the best coffee ☕️ shops I’ve ever visited, friendly vibes, amazing service, and the coffee? Absolutely 🏆 award-worthy. I had the BLT egg sandwich on gluten-free bread, and I can’t stop thinking about it. Perfectly cooked, flavorful, and the gluten-free bread was toasted just right (which we all know is rare!).
And yes… I went back the next morning! This time I started my day with a toasted marshmallow latte (with oat milk, of course) and tried the scrambled eggs with turkey sausage. Just as delicious. Honestly, anything you order here is going to be a win. ✨
The staff is super welcoming and kind, and the owner? Absolutely shines, she runs the place with heart and hustle, and it shows in every cup and every plate.
Whether you’re a local or just passing through Cape Coral, do yourself a favor and stop in at Perk & Brew. You’ll leave full, caffeinated, and smiling.

Excellent experience! Our server Em was so polite and friendly. Food was delicious!!! We loved it all! Cauliflower pizza crust was great and I’m glad they offered it as we needed a gluten free option. Next time we are in the area, we will visit again!
I had dinner at Cork Soakers Deck & Wine Bar on September 16, 2023, with a group of friends. Can I tell you the menu looks delicious? Now, I have had celiac disease and a soy allergy for 15 years and eating out is tough. So, I called the restaurant to find out what I could eat. And I spoke to Bob, the owner who was awesome!
Unfortunately, I could not have anything cooked in the fryer or food that contained mayonnaise. And of course, that meant that the risotto and the eggs diablo are out! BUT they use Udi’s gluten free bread which was a plus for me. Also, I could have steamed vegetables, salmon, and filet mignon.
I ordered the Bacchus board which was good. I am not sure about the jams, but I enjoyed the cheese and meats. As for my friends, they devoured the coconut shrimp and buffalo chicken wings. For dinner I had gluten free pasta topped with grilled salmon. That is right! It is not on the menu! I know right! Yes, Bob, went out and bought me gluten free pasta! My meal was delicious. And my friends got prime rib which they raved about.
A big shout out to the staff and Chef! They were attentive and provided quality service! We had a fun time, and the food was excellent. Thank you, Bob, for taking care of my gluten and soy dietary needs! You rock!
They have awesome tasty burgers and french fries deep fried in peanut oil. And they are the only product fried in that oil. Making them gluten free. (Except for the possibility of cross contamination.)
If they are busy you can wait 20 minutes for your burgers, so I'd recommend you order ahead on the online app. However, french fries are not made until you arrive. So you may have a little wait.
If it's busy, french fries tend to be a little squishy... presumably because the frier can't get hot enough from the abundance of production.
Sadly the only GF option is a lettuce wrapped burger. So, I usually ask for no bun and a lot of extra lettuce and turn it into a salad. #GFinfo.
The sitting area is many tables, that are close together. and it can get loud and over crowded in busy times.
[Note: The shakes contain carrageenan.]
Overall a good experience.. the service was excellent.
I felt the meat was a little dry when served: meaning you had to use their sauces. Plenty of gluten free options.
Great cocktails and selection of wine. Chef John was extremely accommodating when it came to gluten free options. I had the best gluten free pasta I’ve ever had. 10/10 100%. Chef came to ask us about how it was and we learned that they make their GF pasta from scratch. Amazing. Would definitely recommend. Also, shout out to our server Lyric who took good care of us.
I walked in with two adults and two kids. I told the lady at the front desk that my mom and kids wanted to split a large cheese pizza. And then I proceeded to tell her I wanted A small gluten-free pizza, which only comes with four Pieces. After about 10 minutes, they brought my gluten-free pizza and the four of us continued to sit outside of the pizzeria waiting for the large pizza. We were in plain sight of her, and after about 30 minutes I finally walked in and asked where the large cheese pizza was and she told me that we did not order one. I said, I wouldn’t order a small pizza for all four of us? And she said that she was not the one we ordered with. Obviously she’s the one standing there and I remember her. I will never go back there again with my 5 and 10-year-old since I might have to wait 40 minutes for nothing and then get treated like that. Also it’s the worst GF pizza I’ve ever had
I love this place because I’m very limited in where I can eat out as I have several food allergies. They have a great gluten free French toast that isn’t on the menu but if you ask for it they do have it available. The fruit is always super fresh and delicious. They always have perfectly ripe kiwi which wins me over every time. The wait staff is friendly in an average kind of way, willing to answer questions when asked and knowledgeable of the menu. The only thing I dislike with all of their locations is it’s always quite loud between the busy crowds and the fact that the kitchen is open to the rest of the restaurant as an open floor plan with only a pallet type wall separating the two areas. Overall the staff is friendly, the restaurant is clean, I’ve never had my food come to the table wrong and it’s always delicious. I would recommend to anyone, especially someone with a gluten allergy (not because there’s a large selection of GF foods but because the French toast with the fresh fruit is so good!). I didn’t take many pictures but this drink was too pretty not too. It’s one of their specialty juice bar drinks.
I was going to get the creamy chicken and wild rice soup as a you pick two. I scrolled and saw the family soup for 4 deal for $21 dollars and decided I could get way more product that will last me a couple meals. I was wrong. When I got the meal I was severely disappointed in the amount I had gotten for the price. It was one container the size of 2 bowls worth of soup. I paid almost 9 dollars extra to get the same amount of product I could have gotten for $13. The way they advertise it is extremely misleading for the amount they actually give you. To make matters worse……they gave me chicken noodle soup instead of the soup I asked for. I spent 21 dollars on soup I can’t even eat because I am gluten sensitive. I hope the company can fix this issue. I learned my lesson today and wont make the mistake of going there again. Incredibly disappointed to waste so much money on nothing.

I picked up a Gluten Free Pizza and it was really delicious! Best GF Pizza in town. They don’t burn it like many other pizza places do. They were generous with the toppings which made it a good value. (Gluten free pizzas tend to be smaller and for some odd reason, other pizza stores skimp on the toppings…which is super weird.) Most Cape Coral pizzerias don’t bother carrying GF pizzas thinking there isn’t a huge demand for them. They forget that GF customers also order for friends and family…The staff was friendly and efficient…this will be my new go to pizza place for all my pizza orders.
Best Sushi in Cape Coral! I have Celiac and have to do a gluten free diet. They have gluten free soy sauce and offer gluten free fried rice! The price for sushi is unmatched! I went twice in 2 days and I'm not ashamed! The food is that good!
The BEST Açaí bowl I’ve ever had. The quality of ingredients and the homemade granola made it so special. The owner was the one that served us and had an extremely friendly and health-forward knowledge. My fiancé is celiac and he took extra precautions with her on any cross contamination - and the granola is also gluten free. We can’t wait to go back.
