Absolutely love this place the food is real and authentic love that they Gluten Free options as well because I am Gluten Free and vegan as well so I can bring my friends that are vegan free here. The service was amazing and I always bring my family here from New York.

I tried jersey mikes for the first time today. Not only was the food so good. The staff was also amazing. I have a gluten allergy and the way they handled their gluten free products is great. They change gloves and have a separate work station. I was in store and watched and they did the best they could to prevent cross contamination between the gluten free part of my order and the rest of my order which wad regularl bread for the rest of my family. Seriously so great will return!
If you have a gluten allergy dont come to this one they did absolutely zero prevention for cross contamination when they just asked if it was preference or allergy. Wasted my money and didnt wanna cause a scene during the dinner rush for pizza I cant even eat
Savanna G was the best server my partner and I have had in a real long time.She went above and beyond his gluten and dairy sensitive needs and my shellfish concerns and refills even without asking. If you want superb service ask for her. Also, Gabby the manager was the best manager from a customer service stand point and knowledge of the menu and what it takes to go the extra mile to do greet the tables. Best manager in the chain of Carrabbas in MI and should be considered for next restaurant manager if she isn't already. Will be back again than you for making our night.
Never knew this location had Gluten free choices. I LOVE THE GLUTEN FREE cheese bread!! The gluten free pizza I got was spicy Hawaiian and substitute the ham for pepperoni. I like their pizza sauce and ranch. The garlic cup, I like little Cesarās more. Itās a different brand. The crust was crunch and appealing and crispy. They did a wonderful job on it!! They have gluten free chocolate chip cookie and cheesecake but I didnāt try. I tried their gluten free wings and they are gluten free chicken nuggets basically! I tried their garlic Parmesan but next time Iāll probably try the BBQ. I feel like it would taste better. Iām picky when it comes to garlic Parmesan. The pizza was hot and ready for take out and they got my order correct!

Options. Build your own burgers to order with dry erase menus. Pretty neat. Lot of other food options.
The cocktails were perfect. Tasty. I was impressed and thats rare. Loud place.
If you're gf or Celiacs, not many options. But still- you can order burgers without a bun and youre used to that right? Plus they have more than one gf appetizer, which is not common.
Hard to judge them based on one visit. I will def try them again for burger and fries. Pricier than most burger joints (but still less than five guys).
They messed up my burger (ordered medium, it was ultra rare, gross really) but that's honestly my fault for not sending it back. Decided to Try the bleeding red burger anyway, for a change. Interesting but not for me. Have to try them again to know for sure how good the burgers might be.
The fries and sauces were great, I very much enjoyed them. Service was normal and friendly. Tad bit over-dramatic for my taste, but helpful.

My wife has a gluten allergy so we specifically ordered off of the gluten free menu - moo goo gai pan. The dish came in a brown sauce so we were very suspicious. She took a few test bites and, like clockwork, 2 hours later she started to get sick.
Very lucky she didn't start eating it immediately or else it would've been way worse.
The gluten-free bread was delicious. They also give you plenty of food for your money. They also made a dish that wasn't gluten-free on the menu gluten-free for me. Our server was also great.
What a wonderful experience! I absolutely loved this placeāthe menu was creative, and every dish we tried was delicious, made with fresh ingredients and thoughtfully balanced flavors. Our entire group was very happy, including the three of us who are gluten free, which can sometimes be a challenge when dining out.
The only reason Iām giving four stars instead of five is that the menu didnāt indicate any gluten-free options, and we only found out that gluten-free was available by asking. It would have been helpful to see that noted clearly on the menu.
The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the wait staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home. The Bloody Marys were also excellent! Iām already looking forward to coming back.
Has the option to change out regular pasta for gluten free. Wonderful dairy free options. Wait staff are wonderful a d very knowledgeable about the food. Loved going here.
Normally this place is my wife and I's Go To Spot for pizza. She's gluten free and their gluten free crust is the best one in the area in her opinion.
And normally I rave about it, but as is so often the case with reviews, people don't typically spend the energy to write a review when nothing goes wrong.
I got home with our pizzas and after 2 bites something was off that I just couldn't put my finger on, but the only way I can describe it was it just Tasted Bad. My wife said hers tasted different and not to her preference, and upon calling the store to inquire(maybe some ingredients were near expiration?) and the person on the phone said that their cheese had more cheddar mixed in.
Apparently, the way it works is they get their cheese shipped in from the mothership(so to speak) and just make the pizzas however they come, basically. So now they have to use up the cheese they received before they can, I guess get the old blend? I don't know whether they received this on accident or if they were trying out a cheaper option or what, but the fact remains I wasn't offered a remake(its the same cheese that I, evidently, didn't care for) and wasn't offered a refund. Instead they told me to call again in a few days after they ran out to try again.
So now I sit here with a bad pizza, no dinner, and no recourse.
Normally this place is great, but jesus this was a rough experience compared to their usual.
We tried the chicken sandwich, smashburger with gluten free bun, tacos and split an ice cream sandwich...all I can say is WOW! Flavor and service like none other. Well done, and there's pinball too!
Our go to for pizza. I love that they have gluten free at a reasonable price. The website isnāt always cooperative when applying specials to the gluten free, so the manager has at times placed the order for me. Five stars for great service and good pizza!
I never got food from here. I ordered a vegan gluten-free meal as they are in my area and provide these options. I was called after my order was placed and told they did not have gluten-free buns. They tried to sell me a normal bun. I said multiple times I can only eat gluten-free and thus would like to cancel. I had 2 delivery drivers contact me and I informed them I cancelled the order. The resturaunt called me to confirm I cancelled. I called the resturaunt to confirm it is cancelled AGAIN. That is 5 confirmed "this is cancelled" plus an additional email/text confirmation and confirmation on the site. Somehow, I was STILL charged for the order after all of this? I have to dispute the charge with my bank. I will not pay for food they could not make me, I never ate, and cancelled before it was even made with Veg-O-Rama AND DooDash with over 6 confirmations it is cancelled. Very unprofessional. And the phone handler was rude to me trying to sell me something I said no to already and just straight hung up on me another time. I was excited about this food, but I will never try this again.
Authentic Lebanese cuisine, excellent portions with all of the freshest ingredients! My kids are picky eaters but they absolutely everything we have ever ordered especially the chicken shawarma and fresh juices! So many vegetarian and gluten free options.
I have never felt so welcomed, and have never tasted chai like this before! Mine and my wife's gluten allergy was no problem to accommodate as well, despite the menu not specifically mentioning it! I would give Cups n Chai more than 5 stars if I could. Well done.
Got the Mac and cheese hot dog and tots, my friend got the chili cheese dog. Both were amazing. Their brisket has a good smoke smell and decent taste. Just the right amount of fat. They have axe throwing and a nice beer wall that changes. They have a lot of gluten free options including buns for both sandwiches and hot dogs.
Great food. My family and I celebrated a birthday here. We noticed that we werenāt tired after we ate here. Fresh good quality food. There is an authentic taste and flavor. Weāre looking forward to eating here again. Also, our waiter was great. He didnāt write a single one of our orders down of our table of 6, and everything came out as ordered. Very impressed! He was knowledgeable and helped with my gluten sensitivity. I recommend the falafel, hummus, grape leaves, boneless chicken, the lamb chili.. you canāt go wrong with any of it.
