I ordered the pancakes and they just didn't have any flavor also a little burnt. My husband asked for a hot tea and got it barely above room temperature. Ordered online, called, and went in person - Very poor customer service! I have celiac and can't have bread, they put my food on bread. The special instructions did not go through, and all I was told by staff was "nothin' we can do about it." I can't eat the food, no refund or remake was offered, and now I get to go buy food somewhere else. My dogs will enjoy the treat at least.
