Everything here is fresh and delicious. So efficient and comfortable, and everyone who works here is so nice. Great place to work during the day or grab a meal with friends. So many options if you have a crowd with different preferences/restrictions and accommodates allergies (like gluten). Love!

Wow. Don’t quite know what else to say. The kind of place that just makes you happy- great service and great food in a great environment. My wife eats gluten free, and I always feel like she has to give up taste, or make do with less, to get a gluten free option. Until tonight. Started out when there wasn’t just bread for the gluten eaters at the table— but a separate plate of gluten free bread for my wife! And it was good! Theme continued with t he Menu. There isn’t a gluten free menu, but you order what you want, waitress verifies with kitchen they can do it gluten free, and out comes dinner. And the entrees were amazing. My chicken parm reminded me of my childhood. Wife’s pasta (sorry can’t recall what it was) was equally delicious with just a hint of spice. Ditto for my son’s pasta. My wife is 1/2 Italian, and a phenomenal cook. I rarely go out for Italian, bc it’s never on par with what my wife makes. Carusos? It wasn’t just on par, it was totally worth the traffic we faced getting there. We will be back. For yummy food, whether gluten-full or gluten free. You can see by the photo all the bowls are empty. Stop living vicariously thru this review… check out carusos yourself !

Fresh, creative rolls. For those who need gluten-free, they were careful to prepare the GF rolls separately. There are other restaurants you can order from at this location which was convenient for one person in our party who wanted pizza instead.
