We came here because of the gluten free options. However, we ordered entrees and my husbands order was delivered without protein. It took about 13 additional minutes to get his protein added. We also ordered a third entree to share- gluten free pork gnocchi. However, when it arrived it was simply rotini pasta with red sauce and sausage. When asked if it was the correct meal, they said yes and that gluten free pasta substitution was rotini. Although that’s fine, when ordering a gnocchi dish it would have been helpful to know we weren’t even getting a variation of that.

I was incredibly impressed by the level of customer service and willingness to help me out with a birthday cake on pretty short notice (2-3 days before needing it. I knew I was asking for a lot and did not expect them to be able to come through like they did). The staff were very kind and helpful. The cake was fantastic- especially for a gluten free cake! Their offerings for GF are chocolate, vanilla, and carrot- but there are a lot of options for the filling and frosting, so you can really make it your own. As for cupcakes, they have lots of fun flavors and they’re always beautifully decorated. I’m happy to have Mollys in Des Moines! I would absolutely recommend for cakes or cupcakes!

Fresko is a phenomenonal restaurant! All the food is super great and the service is always fast! I love how fresh all the food is! They have a lot of gluten-free options as well! I have had both breakfast and dinner there, and both were awesome!

They had both gluten-free and vegan options that I could eat. The server/bartender was very helpful and knowledgeable, with helping me alter the menu to meet my dietary needs. It was very busy and crowded, so we sat at the bar to eat. This definitely happens on weekends, it's a popular place! Next time, I will call ahead.

Wow, what a great place! Definitely cater to those who have Celiac or want to stay gluten free. But if you don't, the food is still spectacular! Couldn't believe how good it was! You gotta visit this place!

Ordered a custom wedding cake from here and loved it! Exceeded my wife and I's expectations. Cake was gorgeous, matched our vision, and (best of all) tasted great. My wife has a gluten allergy, so our cake had to be gluten-free and they very accommodating. Lot of our guests were surprised that it was gluten-free.
