Everything was a 10/10!
We had a full meal with butter chicken, lamb korma, chicken korma, veggie pakoras, garlic naan, garlic and onion naan, gluten free naan, chai tea, mango lassi, rice pudding, and ice cream.
The owner frequently walks around asking how your meal is and the waiters were very attentive and kind.
If you are gluten free, then I highly suggest stopping by this place. The gluten free naan and enormous variety of gluten free entrees and pakoras are amazing!! We will definitely be visiting again soon.
We loved our experience with Three Bears Bakery! For our daughter's wedding, we needed four gluten-free cakes, with one decorated especially for the couple's cake-cutting event at their reception. All of the cakes (in different flavors) were fresh, delicious, and beautiful. Thanks to Three Bears for working with us so attentively. We'll be back!!
First, they have a pretty solid gluten free crust that even the nonGF people in my family enjoy.
Second, their service is fast! In a Sunday night our to go order was ready in 10 minutes when they had almost a full restaurant.
Third, they have a rewards program. Who doesn’t love free food? Not me, love me some free food.
Only downside, the GF crust doesn’t absorb grease real well. Had some pizza grease all over my hands while eating, but that’s part of the experience I guess.
Always delicious food and super helpful staff! We love Hawaiian bros! We mostly love that there are many gluten free options for my husband who has food sensitivity issues!
My extended family and I (7 of us) all had lunch yesterday at Strips in Lenexa. As far as I’m concerned, this gets ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. The owner (Todd) came out and talked to our table for quite a while, so I got to ask all the questions about separate fryer, dedicated workspace, etc. I have complete confidence eating here. Also, all my “gluten goblins” thought the GF food was good too. In fact, they all said the GF onion strings were the best they’ve had anywhere!!! I did not have a reaction, so I’m spreading the good news! GF food can be really good…and it is here!!!
I ordered the smoked pulled bbq pork sandwich on a GF bun…that DID NOT FALL APART!!! It wasn’t hard and was sooo yummy. Woo hoo!!! I also tried the GF fried zucchini and enjoyed that as well. Just let them cool down a bit and use the fork they bring you. The coating will fall off as you try to eat it. My sister was thrilled that they had real broasted chicken.
The only thing I would change is—please have a chipotle ranch dressing for dipping. That is my favorite for dipping anything and slathering on sandwiches. Oh, and need wet naps!
My husband was not happy with the price of the cocktails ($15), but they were awesome. My mojito was strained. 😳 So no chunks of mint sneaking up the straw. I definitely tasted the mint though.
We sat at a two tables moved together, but we noticed that a couple of the booths had TV screens with Roku. I guess you can choose what you want to watch. Also, the booths have tall backs, so I would imagine it would feel nice and private in there. Everything was a dark wood surface—very homey. There was a patio on the east side, which would be nice in the evening. We will definitely come back!!!
Always a good me here! My husband is gluten free and appreciates that he can get a GF bun with a burger here! The truffle fries are so yummy! Def recommend! The atmosphere and service is friendly!
Incredible friendly staff. Since they make the pizza to order it is hot and fresh which is awesome! Pricing is simple and competitive. My partner is gluten sensitive (causes headaches) and the staff was trained and responsive. Will definitely be back.
Meddy's food is really a cut above. I've had the hummus, regular pita, pita chips, baba ganoush, salmon, vegetables, and rice. All spectacular. The only food item I would recommend against is the gluten-free pita. Hard as a rock and not very good. Overall, love this place!
Like most Chipotole's. I had a craving for a chicken burrito and it was very yummy. Great guacamole but I don't recommend the chips. Too salty for me. Their bowels (basically burritos without the flour tortilla) are very good as well. I have a friend with celiac (gluten free) and she has tacos. So, everyone is happy. Not much selection, but good food.
Excited to see a new Salvadoran restaurant in OP. Yummy food. Pupusas were great. They accommodated our big group really well. Even had options for gluten free pupusas!

They always prepare my gluten free orders separately and on the rare occasion they are running late they apologize profusely. The meatless portobello is my favorite sandwich.
This was some of the most delicious food I've had in my life. Perfectly satisfying with amazing flavors and sauces. It's pretty difficult to find gluten free options around, and as a bonus they are dairy free as well! The owners were absolutely lovely, would eat here every day if I could!
Best Thai food around! The food is to die for! No gluten, msg and plenty of vegan choices.
Cannot wait to come on the weekends to order traditional Thai dishes. This restaurant is a must!
I get it.
Food choices are extremely subjective. This place, as far as I'm concerned, is a great place to eat, visit and have a good cuppa.
My daughter has food allergies (no garlic, onion or gluten) and the Blue Moose has ALWAYS been EXTREMELY helpful, sympathetic and accommodating with each order my daughter has placed. Nice job Blue Moose! My family and I are big fans!
Was there for a sponsored event- food and atmosphere was good, service was great. The waiter did go out of his way to make sure my friend had gluten free options!
If you haven't ever had Ethiopian food, now is the time to try it!
First of all, I LOVE how veggie friendly and gluten-free friendly they are! All the injera is gluten free (some places use wheat as a filler. Selamta says theirs is all Teff). The veggie combo is enough for 2-3 people to share, or three meals for just me! They absolutely don't skimp on the injera or the meal itself. And it's all SO GOOD. It doesn't feel oily or heavy, just filling and delicious. So flavorful. And so much variety: carrots and potatoes, a couple types of lentils, collard greens, split peas (my favorite), beets, and a couple more I'm not remembering. Each one has its own flavor profile and texture. Do yourself a favor and try Ethiopian food! Make sure you order a honey wine with it.
Sohaila's kitchen is my long standing favorite in the Lenexa Public Market. They have well marked gluten free options, the food is consistently good and it has a nice (but not too strong) spice level to it.
As someone with Celiac Disease, I was a little hesitant to order from a non-marked menu. However, our server and the cook staff were well-versed and clearly had accommodated those with dietary restrictions before. Not only do they have a dedicated fryer, they verbally confirmed my dish as being gluten-free upon delivery. 24 hours later, I had zero adverse reactions and no flare up. Would definitely go again!
Everything about Culver's is outstanding except their gluten-free hamburger buns. Since the gluten-free hamburger is the only main dish food item they have, I'm kind of stuck with it when my family wants to eat at Culver's for family dinner night. Everything about the burger is great except the bun. It's reminiscent of the gluten-free buns of 20 years ago. It's grainy, doesn't hold together, and doesn't taste that good. Just the act of picking up my burger tonight had it cracking in 4 places, with a big chunk falling off the burger and crumbling onto my tray. There are a lot of great gluten-free buns out there now. Culver's needs to find one of them and switch.
Looking for Chicago style deep dish pizza? Look no further than Third Coast Pizza! Very friendly and hardworking owners. They are opening a new location in the city! They also have pasta, sandwiches, cheesecake, and CHICAGO dogs!
Gluten free Update - they have gluten free chili, tho the portion is only a cup so not enough for a meal but you can add a salad or try their gluten free cauliflower crust. They also have fries but will have cross contamination.
Unbelievable good unwich. Great tat all sandwiches may be served as gluten free version . Alexandria was very patient explaining the menu and gluten free options
I was born and raised in Kansas City and I love Zarda BBQ! It is delicious. Tonight, I got the burnt end beans. I love that none of their sauces have gluten and they are always so helpful when choosing dishes.
The service is always impecable. We love the fries and burnt ends!
