My wife and I had a great dinner at Liberatores. The food is always excellent and we enjoy the wines by the glass. They always go out of their way to accommodate me with making modifications to my food to make it gluten-free. The last 2 times we dined there, Everett waited on us and he was outstanding. The service has always been good but Everett takes it to another level. I highly recommend this neighborhood gem!
My wife and I have been here in the past. Friends of ours bumped into us tonight and invited, spontaneously, for us to come out with them to dinner. They chose Cork. Kassie, our server, was attentive to my wife's urgent requirements for her gluten intolerance. But the real show stealer was Chef Gordon. Never met one like this before. My wife has had to eat gluten free for many years. No one, and I mean no one, has ever asked her for her name so they can write down her food likes and dislikes for the next time she comes in. Wow. VERY impressive. Overall the food was Very delicious, including the steak and the desserts. The shrimp salad app was a little bland though. But that was outweighed by Gordon's true interest in making sure my wife was happy, and pure happy she was when she ate his fried shrimp, cod and fries. Gotta live that dedicated fryer!!!!! Thank you so much, Gordon, for a great experience.
We had great food and amazing service here. My chicken Ceasar wrap was delicious, and the salad I got with it was a "real" salad with plenty of veggies. My niece, who has a gluten allergy, was able to substitute gluten-free pasta. Our breaded zucchini appetizer was probably the best I've ever had. It wasn't oily or over breaded and you could actually taste the zucchini. My only suggestion might be to add a chicken salad or turkey wrap to the sandwich mix. I was overall very impressed with this restaurant.
Always delicious, fast, and great service. We also get carry-out frequently and it's always great. Love the Dinosaur roll! Would love more options with steamed shrimp in rolls so I can avoid gluten....keep up the good work Katana!
First time visiting. Ordered online for pickup. Order was accurate and ready on time. The restaurant seemed nice and clean on the inside and the staff was friendly and helpful. Ordered Greek salad, gluten free with sausage and onions, and the godfather pizza. Greek salad was fresh and crisp; enjoyed the dressing as well. The godfather pizza was great, crust was soft and chewy. The gluten free was good - it wasn't the best gluten free I've had but it was average. The biggest plus was the pizza came with its own little pizza cutter! I've never had a restaurant do that before, so it was a great addition so you don't have to worry about the cross contamination from the cutter that's been used on all the other pizzas. The cost was pretty average for what we received. Will return again!
Last time we will go here. The to go containers were so small that they literally folded the top of the hamburger bun to make it fit. The lettuce was missing from mine and it was well done not pink and I had 10 fries with it. My wife ordered a burger with bacon and paid for it but the bacon was MIA. All the orders had the folded bun lids and very little fries. 16.00 for a burger and this is the experience. By the way after ten minutes myself and another customer went inside to get our orders since no one came out. Inside I heard a lady say she’s been waiting for her burger for 40 minutes. The restaurant was not busy but I’ll assume they have staffing issues. I thought I was done but now y wife isn’t feeling well. She has celiacs so she eats gluten free. Products were marked allergies but it looks like she has cross contamination from the food prep. Definitely the last time.
Adding more. Deletta is the manager at this location and she was quick to respond to the issue. She offered a refund or replacement. We decided to give it another try and it went great. No issues with my wife’s celiacs which is the most important thing. Thank you Deletta for everything. See you again soon.
This was my first time at SushiQ8 in Eldersburg and I ordered the Winter Soup and a glass of Rose. I was happy with this spacious and gorgeous restaurant with top notch service. However, the food was lackluster. My soup was luke warm and the shrimp were tough and overcooked. The broth was flavorless. The oodon noodles were yummy. I enjoyed the little freebies they brought out but wish they had something for my friend who has a gluten allergy. My friend noticed what she thought may have been a parasite or worm in her sushi (raw salmon). I won't be here again. There are plenty of better sushi restaurants here like Tony's, J&Y and Haiko.
Love it!! There’s so many flavors and as a very unfortunate person that has a lactose and gluten intolerance it’s a great way to actually taste something I can’t have. I always get the cookie dough with cake batter and it tastes like cookie cake. 10/10.
