Just placed an almost $300 order for our office, we've been ordering from Bronx Deli for years, never an issue before. So disappointed today. We tried to substitute the bread on one of our sandwiches for gluten free (as we always have done) on Doordash. Unfortunately, it would not give us the option to. So, we placed the order and then called Bronx Immediately to verbally change the bread. We were put on hold for almost 10 minutes, so we hung up and called back and were put on hold again for 8 minutes, we called again and you could hear the employees in the background say "they called three times they can learn their lesson" So we had another one of our staff members call Bronx and she was yelled at as soon as the call went through "CAN YOU HOLD" and then proceeded to just leave the phone on the counter for another 10 minutes & then they hung up on us. Once we finally got someone to speak with us they said they could not substitute the gluten free bread and that the order was "probably on it's way already" She couldn't even check to see if it really was already on its way. If someone would have just taken two minutes to answer the phone this could have been quickly resolved and we wouldn't have continued to call. Unprofessional and disappointing.

I would not recommend eating here if you are a gluten free diner. The only dish they could recommend was the pad Thai. It was good but I am usually able to order most curry based scales at Thai resteraunts and they told me they were not gluten free.

We were there for brunch. Seafood omelet was rich and satisfying. Menu has gluten free options clearly marked. Waitress was attentive and restaurant is very clean.

Working out here for a few weeks, one of my colleagues is vegan and recommended this place. I was NOT disappointed! The food was DELICIOUS!😋 I enjoy exploring vegan options, and it was my first time eating jackfruit. It was also a bonus to support a Black-owned and woman-owned business! 👏🏾👏🏾 We loved the family atmosphere, and will definitely be back! I had the barbecue jackfruit sandwich and fries. There are at least three other dishes I want to try! Oh! And the cookies!!🥰😋 Who KNEW vegan and gluten-free could taste so good?!😮
