Very GLUTEN-FREE/ DAIRY-FREE friendly! I visited September 7th after work and enjoyed the happy hour menu. Everything was as beautiful as it was scrumptious! I had sushi and the fried chicken and hot sake. I also ordered 1 serving of Uni. It was the perfect after-work treat! I highly recommend this gem. The server/bartender was very knowledgeable about the menu and a cheery, helpful attitude. I will 100% be back as often as I can. Nice portions, delicious sushi!

Boludo is one of my favorite pizza places in the twin cities. They also have great empanadas and salads. I had to go gluten free a couple of years ago and their gluten free crust is fabulous. I lost do takeout because inside the restaurant there isn’t much space but still fine to occasionally dine in.

I got sick after eating the gf muffins, but it may have been from the GF pizza at Pizza Luce the same day.
Zucchini muffin was delicious. Ginger muffin was good. Cold press coffee was ok. Employees were a bit rude.
FYI the pumpkin donut is baked, not fried, and they will put cream cheese icing on it if you want. I didn’t get it because to me a baked donut is not worth it.
If I lived nearby I would give them a second chance, but since I’m rarely in the area I will try a different place next time.

It was outstanding! We were transported to another level of food/experience. We are gluten free and everything except for the Pommes Dauphines could be made to accommodate us. And when I say "accommodate", I do not mean they removed items: a GF scone for the foi gras; pasta and desserts that you would not know were GF if not told. The NA beverage options were delightful. Service was outstanding. I have never felt so attended to and engaged with in any Minneapolis restaurant. It was the best dining experience I have had in many, many years. Kudos to the team at Bucheron. I will definitely return again and again.
