I found out that a gluten-free staff member would be attending a meeting at the last minute. Traffic was terrible and I called the shop to see if they would stay open a bit past closing so I could get muffins. They were happy to help! The customer service there has been fantastic and while I am not gluten-free, it is the only place I go to get pastries and other treats for gluten-free colleagues and family. They always rave about how great they are!
Would you eat this raw gluten-free pizza? Me neither. I brought it home to cook it further because they couldn’t at the restaurant despite having an oven. Their (begrudging) solution was to make an entirely new trash pizza which I politely declined. I took my $20 raw pizza home and am currently trying to air/fry bake it. Updates later.
Update: cooking an extra 10 minutes at 450 at home fully cooked the crust which should’ve been done at the store. It’s much crispier, though only slightly more brown, and doesn’t taste, look and feel like raw dough in the middle anymore. Edible at best.
I love this place, as a gluten free vegetarian. The staff is super friendly, the prices are good, and the food is really yummy. My waitress was super knowledgeable about gluten free options as well which was very nice.
love tjs! the parking lot drives me crazy but i still love this store. such kind staff and amazing variety! lots of vegan and vegetarian, some gluten free options as well.
We heard Jersey Mike’s had gluten free subs and were so happy with the quality of the sub as well as the professional staff! My daughter has celiac’s and misses subs so much! The staff was very courteous to us and took preparing her sub very seriously! We will definitely be coming back and recommending this particular store to all our friends!
Regular Core customer, but from hours away. This location was a huge disappointment. Staff was less than friendly, stipulations were shoved down your throat in an unappealing way(signs about limits EVERYWHERE, staff repeating it, etc). No gluten free Mac and cheese which is the whole reason we love Core, and staff was extremely flippant about us expressing our disappointment in that… “I believe it was something g like “Oh, well everyone I know loves the new Mac and cheese” Great, good for you, but some people have celiacs. This was all before we sat down to eat. Once we sat down, we noticed a nearly raw steak that seemed of a lesser quality than what we’re used to at our core location. And when they re-cooked it, because it was inedibly raw, I can only assume they didn’t clean the grill first because it came out tasting like fish. Ultimately we threw away our entire meal and left VERY disappointed. Contacted management about it and did receive coupons to essentially reimburse us for the meals we didn’t eat, but they were only good at the buffalo area stores, which are over 3 hours away. No thanks, never again. A sour taste for the chain as a whole, but definitely will never frequent a Buffalo chain franchise again.
They have very good blackberry margaritas. They have a good burger given it is corporate food. And of course chips and salsa which used to be free but aren't anymore. They have some gluten free options. All in all it isn't bad.
This was great! Had sushi. Waited about a half HR on Fri night.not bad. Have gluten free soy sauce and other gluten free options. Everything very fresh.
The food was really good and they are good about the gluten free diet restrictions. Our waitress was super sweet and we had a really nice time. Everyone was friendly. The parking lot is a little small when they are busy but overall I would go back often.
I love them here. I tell them I need Gluten free and they are always good. They understand and I have no prob eating here. They cook my hibachi in back and use gluten free stuff. I have had no issues. Staff always nice.
