We stopped for gluten feee donuts on our way out of Asheville and they were so good!! Definitely stop. Parking is weird but worth it.

The waitress Heather was very informative. I have celiac so eating out is always a challenge for me. She explained to me that the buns are browned on the grill and that there isn't a particular section of the grill that would not have had any buns on it. She told me that the kitchen manager informed her of that after we had spoken about cross-contamination. She told me that the kitchen manager would clean a section of the grill and also use new utensils. I decided to go ahead and get a burger after being told of the extreme precautions that they would take. I was very appreciative of their efforts and had no issues afterwards. Just make sure if you go to ask them to clean a section of the grill. The manager also went above and beyond and got items from the freezer that weren't even taken out on the same day just to be extra safe. I would certainly eat here again and the burger was delicious!

We are so happy we stumbled upon this place on our most recent trip to Black Mountain. The staff is amazing - attentive and upbeat. And the food was delicious. It was so refreshing to see the gluten free and vegan options for me and the meat options for my husband. We liked it so much we came back the next night. Our favs are the lion cakes appetizer and the Bahn-mi bowls!

Delicious ice cream flavors and THEY HAVE GLUTEN-FREE ICE CREAM CONES! A GF ice cream cone is such a treat and welcome break from having to order cups/dishes of ice cream at most other places. I thoroughly enjoyed my two scoops of Shattered Glass ice cream (next time I will order one scoop because they are GENEROUS with their scoops).

Best burger I’ve ever had. Hands down. No question. It will be hard to eat burgers elsewhere after this experience! They even had gluten-free buns so that gf folks can still enjoy a burger the way it was intended to be eaten! The fries were a delicious side to the burger as well. Fun, local options for drinks too. Super friendly staff and a great outdoor space here too. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and I’ll definitely be back myself!
