The tea room is cozy, with a pleasant piano ambiance, beautiful decor, and friendly staff. We ordered a herbal tea and coffee with two gluten-free pastries: a brownie and a "George." The latter was very good, but the brownie, on the other hand, wasn't at all to our taste. It was very pasty and unpleasant to eat; we couldn't finish it. We'll be back for a lovely, peaceful atmosphere.

We had lunch at 4. The welcome was warm, the service fast. Perfect for lunch on the go. You have the choice between several types of wheat, buckwheat, gluten-free and corn pancakes. Savory dishes are served with fries or salad. Personally I didn't like the vinaigrette. For dessert you have the choice between crepes, gouffres, pancakes, ice creams and milkshakes. The restaurant is open from 9:00 a.m. It is possible to have brunch until 11:30 a.m.

This creperie is located in the heart of the Latin neighborhood, it has a small but comfortable room, it is not overwhelming. The service is fine, nothing to highlight. As for the food, we ordered two crepes, one with salmon and the other with mushrooms, it is worth highlighting that the flour they use is gluten-free, the flavor and presentation were very good, however it seems a little expensive to me compared to restaurants nearby.

Amazing chia matcha pudding and very good hot chocolate (with a very nice cat design on top). The people were super nice! The interior design was nice, the music was good and overall the vibe was calm and comfortable. Not super buisy but not completely quiet/dead either, just the type of chatter that brings a good vibe. They got good selection of gluten free meals also! Definetly recommend this place :)

I eat here regularly and everything is good, fresh, the menu changes regularly. The atmosphere is very cozy and the welcome is always charming and with a smile!! There is something for everyone, from delicious sandwiches to seasonal bowls with toppings with flavors from around the world: Asian, Lebanese, etc. Several gluten-free options, which is a real plus!! For me the essentials are the well-flavored soups, the pumpkin latte and the cheesecake which is also a great classic, but I also recommend the cookies (matcha for example), the cinnamon rolls and the chocolate medjool dates stuffed with peanut butter, a real killer!!

The place is nice, but the food isn't that great at all. We ordered two burgers with potatoes. The burger wasn't good: an overcooked and flavorless veggie patty, two very thin slices of tomato, and a thumb-sized slice of halloumi. The portions were clearly very meager, even for €15. The drinks are clearly overpriced for what's on offer. I really feel like the prices are justified by the veggie and gluten-free labels, to attract people. The other dishes may be better, but when I saw the plates next to them, it didn't seem so. Considering that the brunch menu is almost €30, for what's on offer, it's a long way off.

The pastry is very delicious and they have gluten-free and vegan options, the food needs a little more effort. My salad had a LOT of lettuce and then rice and sweet potato, the hummus I almost didn't feel. Perhaps a little more vegetables or tofu would have been better to make it more nutritionally complete.

We recently tried Cario.K in Antibes and had a good experience. The Carioza Brazilian Cake and Açai Bowls at Cario.K are both really good. The Açai Bowl was so fresh, and you can really taste the difference with their 100% natural açaí, (they say, they import straight from the Amazon). The Carioza cake was a great gluten-free option, with a texture that was surprisingly light and easy to digest. If you’re looking for a spot in Antibes with unique and healthy options, this place is definitely worth a visit.
