In this restaurant, they offer the possibility of gluten-free meals. After calling my partner to find out about their knowledge of celiac disease, we decided to book. We were surprised when upon entering they did not even ask us whose name the reservation was in (which is already a bad idea, because they did not know that a person with celiac disease was going there) but that is not a problem, because I communicate my situation to the waitress and that's it. To my surprise, the waitress is new and when I point out that I want "gluten-free", she doesn't even know what I'm referring to (hiring people without training them in the business itself is very good, especially when dealing with something as dangerous as a autoimmune disease). At this point, I already knew that things were not going to end well. Finally they give us the food (a different waiter, who brought the gluten-containing plate and the gluten-free plate in the same hand, more danger of cross contamination) and when we were full, we decided to order it to go. If I pay for a dish, I want to consume it in its entirety. We called the waitress who was serving us to ask for the bill and to tell her to get it for us to take away; pizza with gluten, pasta without gluten. Before leaving, I emphasize that they put them separately, that my dish is gluten-free (since I had already seen that she was lost on the subject), to which she leaves smiling and nodding. Finally, they charge us and the girl leaves a pizza box on the table. I thought he had forgotten mine, but no. There it was. Clearly, it is not a place that can be trusted as celiacs, there is a lack of information among the staff. This opinion is not just mine, I know more people who have gone to this same place and been told "but what do you have, an intolerance or allergy?" None, gentlemen, is an autoimmune disease.

The attention to detail is evident from the moment you walk through the door. They have an outdoor terrace and easy parking (there's free parking—it's right behind the pensioner's home). The music 🎼 🎵 plays softly and allows for pleasant conversation. They welcome pets (who are attended to by giving them plenty of water as soon as they arrive). The plants entangled in the fishing nets on the ceiling are real, and the bathroom is very clean. People said their pizzas were delicious (and I can attest to that). I ordered a "Carmen," which has Brie cheese and zucchini, today, Sunday, with a "special cut." I'm looking forward to going back to check out the "other types of cuts" and try the rest of the menu, which is very extensive: it has vegetarian options and a variety of gluten-free options. If you add to that an Italian chef doing his thing (dough and pasta), it says it all.

After complaining that the air conditioning delivery pipe is dripping water, which fell on the plate, the young and inexperienced waiter seats two people in the same place after demanding that he change us. It seems that they are not willing to lose what a table brings them. Zero customer interest. Namely, with that need for euros what you do in the kitchen. Be careful with this place! Also, the gluten-free thing is even more careful!! Some days they have gluten-free dishes and other days they don't exist. Seeing as how they care very little if water from air conditioning condensation gets on their food (which is disgusting and can make you sick), I doubt they are respectful of gluten-free preparation. Person in charge of the establishment, go with the modern children that you have serving and see if you send them to hospitality school. If someone complains to them it is for something, not so that they continue exposing other people to contaminated water from the air conditioning!

We have been several times, and generally good, but yesterday the experience with a waitress was average. While he was serving us he looked at the notifications on his watch, he objected to everything we asked about gluten-free, we were missing napkins and when we asked for them for the 3rd time he answered ironically "honey" now when I bring the food I'll bring you the napkins. The star goes to the staff (for their good treatment) and the cozy place. Regarding the food, we ordered some eggplants which had too much batter and not enough eggplant. The flavor of the sauce was too strong (personal taste). On the other hand, the burger was too expensive for the quality; dried meat and stale bread (gluten-free). The potatoes that accompany the burger are very good. The presentation of the food is good. After eating there we started to feel bad and the whole next day we were vomiting and decomposed.

Restaurant on the beach, with spectacular service! I have celiac disease and it is one of the only places where I can eat in peace, even frying fish because they don't use wheat flour. 100% recommended. Mandatory stop if you go to Torrenueva.

Great gluten-free choices here for coeliac. Spain is way ahead for this. Ireland is sadly lacking in this area as usual. It lights up my daughter every time we come to Spain as its the only time she can eat at McDonald's. Great service by the staff as well and very clean restaurant.

Large selection of ice creams, including sorbets. Gluten-free tubes are available. I paid 7 euros for 2 ice creams. The same for 2 small horchatas. Payment by card or cash. Very nice service and good location.

We were there at 1:00 p.m., and they didn't even offer a tapa, but they charged you as if they were offering one. It's expensive. A small bottle of gluten-free beer costs four euros. A rip-off. Typical touristy stuff. Four beers for 14 euros.
