Excellent service and excellent quality. Without a doubt the best place to taste rice we have been to, but with many other options. Very generous portions. Suitable for celiacs and intolerant people with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that there is no contamination. Always to repeat.

I went for the first time five years ago, and no, I didn't leave a very good taste in my mouth. A month ago, I was with my family in the Orgi forest and we ended up in Gerendiain. To my surprise, they had changed owners. They are kind and helpful, with excellent culinary skills. At this family-run bar, the menu was a typical grandmother's village menu, the kind you'd expect from a typical grandmother's village menu, the kind you'd leave sparkling clean and eat until you burst. Particularly noteworthy among them were the goat and chorizos in cider. But I wouldn't change a thing about the complete and affordable menu (€35). We went with children, a vegan, and a celiac. They immediately adapted to every request. The dark-haired man who served us quickly understood our needs and spoke with the exceptional chef to find out what they were, and surprisingly, everyone was satisfied. All of this was accompanied by an idyllic location and a fabulous terrace in one of the most peaceful villages in Navarre. I will definitely repeat.

New visit to this restaurant where we were about three years ago. Some things have changed, like the price which is now somewhat higher, but the rest seems to remain the same. The room is huge, divided into several spaces, and the waiters work piecework, which inevitably ends up having an impact on the quality of the service, which is not bad but could be much better. As for the food, everything we ate was good, and the portions are still exaggerated, which leaves a practically unbeatable quality-quantity-price ratio. Although it didn't give me much confidence, the issue of allergens seems to be somewhat under control and they were able to offer me some options suitable for celiacs for the first and second courses and dessert.

Very friendly treatment. Great knowledge of celiac disease, they have gluten-free bread and they tell you the suitable dishes (which are a big part of it). We will definitely repeat, very correct price/quality, we went during the week in August and they had a daily menu.

A charming place in the center of Iruña with delicious, well-prepared food. Many of the daily menu options are vegan and/or gluten-free. Even the desserts are exquisite! The only drawback: the price—especially on weekends (almost €10 more than during the week 😱)—and it doesn't include drinks (other than water) or bread.

The weekend menu is delicious and very filling! We were all delighted. The only drawback is that the grilled vegetable dish was quite limited, but all the other dishes were very filling! The pork, lamb, and pantxineta were delicious! Most of the dishes are gluten-free and take into account cross-contamination. You can tell the ingredients are of high quality, and the service was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely return!

Really dissapointed - I am living abroad in Pamplona and have been excited to try Fika. When I was waiting (a decent amount of time) to be served the staff were immediately very blunt, with one member of staff even mocking me saying "in English please" before I had even spoken a word. When trying to order the staff member was consistently speaking condescendingly to me in English even after I said multiple time "I speak Spanish" and I was only replying in Spanish. Once I sat down with my coffee and VERY average gluten-free cookie to do some work on my laptop, the member of staff came up to my table and the (also foreign) girls beside me and told me and them very rude and abruptly (and again in broken english with a mocking tone) that "this is a cafe, not a library... you have one hour to be here". I do understand if cafe's have certain policies around working/studying in their spaces, however I could not see this policy written anywhere, and the delivery of the information was extremely rude. Overall, I cannot help but feel as if I was treated differently due to the fact they perceived me as foreign from the beginning. Really dissapointing experience, especially when I was excited to go there initially. I will not be going back.
