Went to Farina in Grani for an early Friday dinner and I could not be more impressed by the quality of the pizza. The texture of the crust is perfect and the ingredients used are top notch. They have a very simple menu with maybe 10 items. It does not appear there are any substitutions available, but you don’t need them!!!
