This restaurant is fabulous. I had noted on my reservation that we were gluten free and one member of the party was also vegan. Our server immediately explained choices, how they could be made to be GF and specialized a menu with vegan choices. The service was above par, so helpful and really intentional. The food was superb, so fresh. We had mocktails that were delicious! We felt so special and so very well taken care of. A rarity these days. Go check this restaurant out!

Cachapa! Sweet corn cake with a meat or veg filling and it can be made gluten free! So delicious and filling. The rice was garlicy but not too garlicy. Passion fruit drink was yum too. We sat outside and enjoyed the quiet, but the inside looks neat.

Two other options to eat were closed in Thomas, one permanently, so we opted for Mountain State Brewing and weren’t disappointed. We split the Big Casino pizza (gluten free crust) with bacon, spinach, tomato and mozzarella and really enjoyed it. They messed up our order and gave us a regular pizza with the same toppings and it was equally tasty. I also ordered the Lost Cow steak sandwich which was flavorful but could have used a little more meat to fill the very large subway bun. Washed it all down with a nice IPA!

I wish I had photos of the sandwiches to share but we ate them too quickly! Delicious elderberry iced tea, latte, and sammies. The gluten free bread is tasty, too. Love how welcoming and dog friendly it is!

Wanted a sipping drink for our drive. I went with the mulberry hibiscus kombucha and it was fantastic and my son opted for the Lemon soda. My husband selected a key lime gluten free bar which which we all enjoyed. We aren't gluten free so the crust was different than what we would normally have but it is great those options are available.

Food was so delicious for allergy needing dishes and for non allergy needing customers. Fun having the ice cream shop right on site also. Great fast service and food. I used to love this place, their food was unbeatable in the area. The staff is always great, usually young kids and polite. But the food has definitely become less desirable. Not impressed with the Gluten free pizza, it is not a full 10" pie as it states and the crust is almost as thin as paper. The toppings offered are good though. Still a staple for the area but definitely not the first choice any longer.

I recently enjoyed eating two separate evenings at The Wine Bar at Vintner Valley in Morgantown, WV. The times happened to be on a Thursday and a Friday night. (I booked ahead because RESERVATIONS ARE STRONGLY RECOMMENDED.) The ambience is warm (full, but not loud), the service was very accommodating, and the food provides new experiences. The menu has some of the most unusual and tasty items one will find in the area. The chef has clearly trained and worked in different regions and brings these tastes to Morgantown. In addition, the menu provides options for customers with dietary restrictions, such as gluten-free and vegetarian needs. I’m sure the menu changes seasonally, but all the foods tasted great, including Long Stem Artichoke Roses with aioli sauce, Green Goddess Fries, and salmon cakes. Our friends shared a beautifully put-together charcuterie board, including items for guests with GF restrictions. The chef has created a “pickle” category that tickles the curiosity and taste, including pears, peaches, radishes, and ramps (try this Appalachian delicacy with a pickled twist). I found the pickled ramp with a smidge of goat cheese from the charcuterie board a delight, with no cracker needed. For entrees, the table had a mixture of items with nothing but euphonic sounds of “mms,” which is a good sign. I had the tortellini, which was GF, and enjoyed every bite, and had plenty to share with others. In the dessert category, the dark chocolate mousse had the perfect texture and taste, and the cheesecake with the caramelized topping was delicious. All desserts are reportedly made in-house. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Sirianni's Cafe. We are so thankful for their incredible staff for providing the food for our rehearsal dinner back in Summer 2023. Michael and his team did a phenomenal job with the pizza and salad options! Everything was absolutely delicious!! Michael was super flexible in helping us to offer gluten free and vegan pizza options for our friends and family with dietary restrictions. Everyone at Sirianni's was kind and communicative. We are visiting from out of town and this is THE spot. The staff is so welcoming and personable, the food is awesome especially after a long hike! I am gluten and dairy free and they were able to accommodate with excellent pizza!
