Excellent option for those who are lactose and gluten intolerant. We ordered a chocolate cake with strawberries, and in addition to the beautiful decoration, the flavor was excellent! Very good pizza. I have celiac disease and I approve of the quality and flavor. I usually order a lot from Vila Madalena and I get very good service. I have been receiving bad service from the Vila Clementino branch, where I have been a customer since 2018. In addition to delivering the wrong pizza, they exchanged it (I returned the pizza) and the correct one came very poorly made, without any care and with little toppings. There was no apology and they do not respond to WhatsApp messages either.

They advertise everywhere as GLUTEN FREE, but in reality they only use wheat flour. A restaurant of this size and price cannot use this advertising if there is a risk of cross-contamination with gluten! It is too expensive and hyped to have no guarantee of contamination safety. I am sure that the nutrition team will understand this criticism very well and how essential it is for the marketing team to be in tune with this since this also concerns safety. IT IS NOT CASA RAW VEGAN GLUTEN FREE. IT IS CASA RAW VEGAN WITHOUT WHEAT FLOUR. Gluten is a molecule and it is completely nonsensical to advertise it this way and not be. It would be like writing "no shrimp" and having "only the risk of a shrimp broth". People with allergies and celiac disease RUN AWAY. Anyway... it is nonsensical that this is part of the main advertising.

Terrible service. I gave up and left. I went there last Monday, June 30th, with my boyfriend, and honestly, it was the last straw. I always went to the restaurant because of the gluten-free options, but the service, which was already bad, keeps getting worse. The waitresses are always unfriendly, without a smile on their faces, with an unfriendly expression, as if they were doing me a favor by serving me. In addition, their slovenliness in their appearance draws attention: messy hair, unkempt clothes, an expression of someone who seems to not want to be there. This time, I wasn't even served. I went in with my umbrella (dry, by the way, since it was just drizzling), stood in front of the counter and the waitress, a short girl, who I've seen working there for a long time, just looked me up and down, paying more attention to the umbrella than to me. She didn't even say "good afternoon", didn't ask if I needed help, absolutely nothing. I felt so bad about that cold reception and those dirty looks that I gave up on eating anything and left. And the most unbelievable thing: she saw us leaving and didn't even ask if there was a problem or if I needed anything. It's sad, because it was the only place in Santos where I could find some gluten-free options, but I'm not going to spend my money in a place where I'm not treated well. On top of everything, the waitresses don't even have badges or identification, which makes communication and direct feedback even more difficult. I work in employee training and development and I think it's unacceptable for a company to allow this type of service to happen. Either the company provides adequate training for these waitresses or, if there's no improvement, the right thing to do would be to replace them. Customer service is the calling card of any business and, in this case, it's terrible. Unfortunately, as long as these people remain in the service, my boyfriend and I won't be going back. Never again.

I am celiac and the place is safe and free from gluten cross-contamination, both for eating in and ordering at home. The delivery person is exclusive and his bag is heated so that the pizza arrives hot. The traditional dough is very hard and I don't like it. My recommendation is to choose the chickpea dough (it's more like a traditional dough) or the banana dough (thinner and crispier and not sweet, it's also perfect). People who compare prices don't take into account the fact that it's gluten-free. At least in the city, there is no other option free of contamination other than Pizza For Fun. The flavor and fillings are of great quality and if you buy using their app, you get cashback and several promotions. They have gluten-free dough and there are also gluten-free drinks on site. They also have vegan and lactose-free options. I like it and highly recommend it.
