Anyone with food allergies should avoid this establishment. They have a few denotations on the menu, FL being flourless/wheatless. When I inquired about one of those dishes (grape leaves) and asked if it was fully gluten free, he said he couldn’t guarantee it because it had rice, and he suggested the tabbouleh instead. I understand about the rice, as it could be grown next to a wheat field. But, tabbouleh has bulgar wheat in it, which is gluten. To direct me from a cross contamination dish to a fully gluten dish was concerning. I ordered an iced hibiscus tea to go (which was very nice) and headed out.

Wow! The restaurant itself is charming. Small, counter style, maybe 12-14 tables. And busy! Went on a Saturday, late afternoon (4:30ish), waited in line about 10 minutes. WORTH IT! Omg, tried stuffed dates, stuffed grape leaves, pepper & lamb fatayer, kibbeh, and of course, baklava! So dang good! Some vegan and vegetarian options, some gluten free. All exceptionally delicious. Also a very walkable spot. Which is good cuz I gained like 4 pounds with my order. Will go back for the coffee, the tea, the breakfast musabaha! Can't get enough!
