have frequented plant city many times. it’s a solid vegan gluten free option that’s in the heart of prov so it’s easy to get to. there’s so many choices because they have multiple little restaurant concepts in one. i tend to frequent the upstairs besina the most. i got the cobb salad though most recently and it was a nice change of pace. but my usual is the nachos as a meal. soooo yummy and refreshing.

Took my partner here on our first anniversary this evening because they had an amazing looking gluten-free menu, and we were NOT disappointed. Our waitress was topnotch, the food was amazing, and I can't wait to come back again. Highly recommend it, even if it is in a more touristy area of town.

Absolutely fantastic - must try. Fresh ingredients, excellent cocktails, beautiful food and attention to detail. I had the burger with egg, cheddar, and bacon - and my girlfriend had the gluten free eggs benedict. Fantastic gluten free/celiac friendly options. Brunch on Sunday is also a must!

Went here for dinner this past week and it was amazing! I was craving ramen and my cousin said she knew a place and this is where we ended up. We went on a Thursday night around 6:30 and were sat immediately as we (three of us total) walked through the door which was awesome! Atmosphere: It is a very cozy environment, which I think was perfect. It definitely gave date night, or out with your friends vibes. It is pretty dim lighting which is great, especially for those who get overstimulated with bright overhead light. It was not loud at all and was easy to have conversation at our table. Service: Our server was really kind! I don't remember their name, but they had darker hair, with glasses and was super sweet and attentive the entire night! Food: I ordered the miso ramen, and my cousins ordered the veggie and chicken ramens. All of us were obsessed with how good it was. There is a large variety on the menu and something for everyone, including vegetarian and gluten-free options. Favorite part of the ramen was the egg, which I know sounds odd to point out but they're SOOOOOOO good. Overall, I can't wait to go back and bring my friends visiting from out of town!

Pianta is amazing! Chef Michelle makes the best vegan food in Providence, and the team she has assembled are all so kind, helpful and knowledgeable. The customer service is truly extraordinary. One time I came in to order a dish that was listed as gluten free on the website, only to find out that it was not actually gluten free. Chef Michelle not only came out explained to me why they were not able to make it gluten free, she offered to make it for me on a less busy day, and she delivered! I love how the menu is always changing and how creative Chef Michelle is with reinventing classic New England dishes as completely vegan and oftentimes gluten free as well. Every time we’ve been in the service has been superb, but last weekend we had Lilly for brunch and I have to give her a special shout out because she took such good care of us and brightened our days with her sense of humor.

Really great experience here! Jackie was a fantastic waitress - very kind and welcoming - and we loved the bacon/omelets/toast/homefries. More flavorful than typical diner fare. Also they had gluten free bread! 10/10

I was visiting Providence for a conference last week and I ate breakfast at this cafe three days in a row. I had a delicious egg and ham sandwich and twice I had the avacado toast. The avacado toast is the best I have had in my entire life. The mix of hearty multigrain bread with avacados, pepitas, goat cheese and arugula is perfection. At first I was suspect of the arugula, but the flavors are a perfectly balanced deliciousness. On my last day I purchased a turkey sandwich (without the cranberry sauce)to take on the train for my lunch on the trip home. Even hours after it was made it tasted terrific. A colleague asked me to grab her a sandwich too. She later texted me a thank you for the recommendation as the sandwich was "delicious". On all three days the staff were friendly, patient and helpful. This was an all around 5 star experience. There is also a cast of pastries that looked wonderful. In the case I saw gluten free option as well. I love that the Cafe recycles and composts.
