Great breakfast buffet with many different choices: pancakes, French toast, waffles, scrambled eggs, baked beans, hashbrowns, potatoes, truffle mushrooms, breads, pastries, cereals, fruit, salad, yoghurt, veggie and fruit juices, dumplings and pork buns, gluten-free baked items, etc. You can order barista coffees, omelettes, fried eggs, sliced avocado, or oatmeal with your server. The price is high of course, but cheaper than some of the other hotels in Sydney. A couple times we had a server forget to bring a coffee we ordered, but not a big deal.

The most amazing buffet breakfast! All food preferences catered for including a seperate gluten free stand. French pastries and breads, hot food and cereals, fruit and yoghurts, cheese and meats, fresh made eggs and omelettes, juices and coffee. You could not ask for anything more.
