Austin's American Grill

I have a GLUTEN ALLERGY and I usually feel embarrassed when I go out to eat because I have to ask so many questions to make sure I don’t get sick from gluten. But my experience at Austin’s American Grill in Greeley was absolutely incredible. The moment I sat down, my waitress was AMAZING — she immediately offered me a gluten-free menu & That small gesture of this restaurant having a completely separate gluten free menu eased my worries and allowed me to enjoy my meal with confidence. The food was delicious, the service was thoughtful, and I can’t thank them enough for taking care of customers with dietary needs. Having a separate gluten-free menu shows how much they truly care. I will forever be a customer, whether dining in person or ordering online. Thank you, Austin’s, for making me feel comfortable and safe while enjoying a great meal!

I stopped in for lunch today. I can't have gluten. They have a dedicated gluten-free menu with several delicious options and the server and the manager were both very helpful and made sure that everything was gluten-free and to my liking. It was also very quick. I had the quarter chicken with garlic mashed potatoes and coleslaw. The coleslaw was amazing. I wish I had room for either or both of the two desserts that were gluten free! Next time for sure.
