What a great dinner with my daughter! The pasta and pizza flour are made in Italy from Italian grown wheat berries then ground into flour. Italian wheat berries were not genetically modified and are not sprayed with Glyphosate. The Chef at Bellisima, uses this Italian grown wheat flour to make pasta, pizza dough, fresh rolls and cakes. The vegetable pasta and vegetable pizza were delicious.
When I ate bread in Italy and France, I digested it easily. When I ate bread made from American wheat, I unfortunately felt sick. When scientists genetically modified American wheat, the gluten levels in the wheat increased significantly. These high levels of gluten plus the Glyphosate in the American grown genetically modified wheat disagreed with me. I am so happy that I was able to eat and easily digest a delicious dinner of pasta and pizza with my daughter. ๐๐๐๐๐
