They have an extensive gluten free menu which is great. And the sauce they have for their wings is also very good. But I am reasonably sure that they just don't season the ribs, at all.

I had the burnt ends and she had the burnt ends mac-n-cheese. Excellent food, good service, and we will definitely be going back. They were able to serve the burnt ends paste gluten free.
