Bisbee Breakfast Club

Beautiful outside, a wee bit windy 💨 Great service. The phenomenal gluten free blueberry-oatmeal pancakes were not made as well as the Bisbee Breakfast Club on Kolb/Carondelet, (pancake batter not cooked and 2nd pancake, ok.) I picked at my pancakes. Had friends from out of town and didn’t want to complain. My colleagues meals were delicious! Next time will say something and of course WILL GO BACK AGAIN ❣️

Our new favorite breakfast place! Spouse had a California omelette. Normally, omelettes are dry and boring, but this one was packed with flavor! Gluten-free toast is good. We can't believe all the GF options on the menu including pancakes! Surprisingly, the corned beef hash is NOT gluten-free. I had a waffle and sausage patties. The waffle 2lwas hot and crispy like I like it. The patties are homemade and PLENTIFUL! We love sitting on the covered patio in the morning. I previously had the biscuits and gravy and understand why they are best in state!! Everywhere else, biscuits are normally thick and doughy, but not these! So airy and moist despite their size. And the gravy? Reminds me of my Granny's from Arkansas. So yum.
