We went here with my mom’s food allergies for dinner. Vincent, our waiter, was excellent explaining options to her gluten free needs. She opted for the rigatoni à la vodka, GF. I got the exact same thing and really enjoyed it. However, hers was a little bit too spicy for her liking. It has a slight kick but not too much in my opinion.
Fortunately, just as she was sharing that with us ladies, Stephen the manager happened to check in with our table. Stephen was beyond accommodating and suggested the Brio pasta, their signature dish I believe. He took the time to explain the dish to mom and share all of the ingredients.
Mom thought it was excellent and it was not too spicy. Stephen also checked back with us a couple times after to make sure she was good. Walked us out as well!
