I ordered gluten free burgers and I specifically signalled to the store via Uber Eats that the burger needs to be gluten free (clicked gf bun and gluten allergy) as my partner has cealiac - we ordered the bacon backfire for her. When the order arrived we were suspicious as gf was not checkmarked on the box but the bun looked gluten free when compared to another gf burger. Tried to call the store for half an hour but they just did not answer the phone. After my partner tried the burger she immediately got sick due to the gluten in the burger which was not supposed to be there. Seems like ticking the gluten allergy checkmark does not matter in the Albany store - in other Burger fuel stores this never happened before... Stay away from Albany if you have an allergy!
