Burgers could be made ‘naked’ without the bun, in lettuce, to be gluten-free. Delicious! Corn ribs, buffalo wings, and salads were either GF or could be made to be GF. Delicious! Fries were cooked in the same oil but were GF if you’re happy with that too. It was a great dinner.
