They do take care with preparation so it is generally safe if you're gluten-free or have celiac disease.This place has consistently good food, it is a nice place and easy to get to. The prices are reasonable, and you get a lot of food. Nicely decorated, clean and friendly restaurant. The food was delicious and the service was excellent! Try the sopapillas!
