Back at Carée after three years – and what a party! From the moment we walked in, we immediately felt welcome. The owner is the soul of this business: she cooks with passion and knows how to perfectly convey the flavors of authentic Italy. Each dish is prepared with fresh, pure ingredients – you can taste the love in every bite. We enjoyed a generous three-course menu that was more than worth the price. Everything was prepared with care and beautifully presented. Also nice: dietary requirements, including gluten-free, are really taken into account. In short: Carée is truly a culinary Sicilian pearl in Valkenburg. We will definitely be back - and this time not for another three years!

Delicious dinner. Owner is very nice and cooperative. Almost everything on the menu can also be ordered gluten-free. From pasta to soup and even the schnitzel was gluten free. If we are ever in the area again we will definitely visit again!
