We had the table side salsa and chips as an appetizer—good but would try a different appetizer next time. We then had the short rib and the lamb birria—phenomenal. Wonderful flavor combinations on both. Tender meats, bold sauces. We finished it off with the Tres leches cake—wonderful end to the evening if you like coconut! The service was absolutely wonderful too, although the hostess could be more welcoming. I would highly recommend eating here. Absolutely perfect for a gluten free meal too.

4.8 Stars from us. We did not expect the food or service coming here but both were absolutely wonderful. Only complaints (and I mean ONLY) is our waitress told us 3 times everything was gluten free then when it came to dessert… wah wah wahhhhh. Nope. Most of the desserts (even the churros) are gluten filled. I wish that the churros could be converted to GF. And the guac was a tid bland and the smallest most expensive serving of guac I’ve ever seen. It was literally half of an avocado. But that’s it. This place was so nice. Even brought us a champagne toast for our anniversary.

I chose this place on a whim because it seemed like they would have the best options for someone with a gluten allergy and I am so glad I trusted my gut. It doesn’t say it on their menu but 90% of the menu is gluten free because the head chef is celiac! I was like a kid in a candy store! Ultimately, with the help of my bartender Rob, I went with the small seafood tower, and the tres leches (yes they have GLUTEN FREE TRES LECHES!) The food was out of this world amazing! Some of the best seafood I’ve had, and Rob was so respectful of the fact that I just wanted to be left alone with my book and my gluten free dreams! I will absolutely be back. The Wynn has not disappointed me yet with their dining selections
