I chose this place on a whim because it seemed like they would have the best options for someone with a gluten allergy and I am so glad I trusted my gut. It doesn’t say it on their menu but 90% of the menu is gluten free because the head chef is celiac! I was like a kid in a candy store! Ultimately, with the help of my bartender Rob, I went with the small seafood tower, and the tres leches (yes they have GLUTEN FREE TRES LECHES!)
The food was out of this world amazing! Some of the best seafood I’ve had, and Rob was so respectful of the fact that I just wanted to be left alone with my book and my gluten free dreams! I will absolutely be back. The Wynn has not disappointed me yet with their dining selections
