I found out last night that almost everything on their menu can be made gluten free! The gf panini that I had was delicious and made with excellent protocols to insure safety. The cheese dip is amazing, my sandwich was wonderful, and the Xul sour was so good! Our waitress and bartender were kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. I can't wait to go back. I am a symptomatic celiac and had no problems at all.
