Collin’s is a staple of the local Savannhian restaurant diet—I myself am here every week, and my dear 91 year old neighbor makes her way out every morning. With good reason, too!
The barista stand sports artisan coffee and tea lattes, great pastries, and baristas I’ve been able to make sincere connections with like Cassidy, Emma, and Jake. The bar has the widest selection of cocktails in the city, and Logan to make it all perfect for you (as well as all the flower arrangements for each location—love that they use the talent that’s already in-house!). And, of course, the food is great with dietary-friendly options. They accommodate my gluten intolerance so well, even making their star-of-the-show French toast gluten free.
They also prioritize customer service and experience, so even in the off chance something goes awry, it will be handled with the upmost care. I even met my love, Ivan, at this very spot. If he is your server, you’re in good hands (or Stevie and Bella, but we aren’t in love—their loss if you ask me)
Collins is just a good genuine place. The owner, Anthony, is my neighbor as well, and he has always been so kind and inviting to me and Ivan, who is a refugee from Ukraine.
Just an overall good business. Try their other locations as well—I enjoyed eating at the Fitzroy the night of my graduation.
