We loved our breakfast!! The gluten free pancakes were so good. My husband had shrimp and grits. Delicious gf options! Can’t speak to Celiac safe. We are gluten sensitive and did not react. Great fun atmosphere.
We were traveling to Savannah and I looked up for several places that would have good reviews . First , The Collin’s quarter was the only one of them answering my questions on their IG(my son has gluten intolerance and we were traveling with the dog). They could sit us outside with the dog and had options for my son👌🏻 I booked a table with them for dinner.
We ate at couple of places with good reviews prior to dinner at Collin’s quarter and it was a huge disappointment. But when we came for our dinner it was simply amazing! The staff, the dishes, the service-all impeccable! They loved our dog and she got lots of attention🌺 the server told us about their breakfast and “best coffee in town” and it would have been a mistake not to come and try their breakfast. So we came back the next day and it was delicious ! Highly recommend!
PLEASE TRAIN YOUR STAFF TO WRITE GLUTEN FREE ON THE GLUTEN FREE FOOD WHEN THERE ARE MULTIPLE SANDWICHES IN AN ORDER. Just had to throw out my sandwich because I am 98% sure you switched the breads on the sandwiches. It’s just a waste of money for me at this point and it would take your staff 15 seconds to do.
The food is fresh and excellent . Server was attentive and knowledgeable. If you are looking for inside, patio, or bar dining, this place has all three. Small menu with lots of vegan and gluten free options. The dressings are made from scratch. My hamburger patty from locally sourced beef was made fresh and not frozen.
Must visit for anyone gluten-free! Hands down the best cinnamon rolls I've had. The dough is fluffy (even after freezing/reheating) and the icing is light and perfectly sweet. The sugar cookies were just like my mom used to make. Charlotte was lovely and the prices are some of the best I've ever seen for gluten-free.
Wowowooww. They have gluten free break and can make almost anything GF on the menu! I got their seasonal French toast and the bread was sooooo good. Will def come back here again when in Savannah
Went today on a Wednesday lunch and had a very short wait time, prompt service, and great tasting food. Also great to have options for everybody in the group (one needing gluten free options and one being vegan/vegetarian), everything was so tasty. We had the challah French toast, black eye pea sandwich (no cheese to make vegan), vegetarian biscuits and gravy, bourbon burger with GF bun and drinks we had were espresso martini and old fashioned.
Amazing pancakes. The attention to details on the plate presentation is great. Each order came with a little pot of gourmet syrup. The servers and host staff were amazing. Even though it was a busy Mother's Day, they stayed calm and professional. They have gluten free pancakes and waffles. My only regret was not getting pictures to post with my review.
I really love the atmosphere. It looked out over the river. The interior was very rustic but classy. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about the menu and how things could be made gluten free. Staff was friendly, interactive and the environment was clean and very inviting. We went for lunch but there was a piano so I am sure that they have live music in the evening or on special occasions.
GREAT spot for a relaxed date night or just to hang out with friends! The shrimp and grits were a 10/10, and they have a ton of gluten free options, as well as really great drinks. Louis in particular made our night amazing, 11/10 waiter! We will be returning :)
Great coffee and with gluten free baked goods. I got the lemon raspberry bunt cake but they also had a cheesecake option. Had salads too which would have worked.

We really enjoyed the restaurant! We especially loved hearing the history and feeling like we were going back in time for the evening and eating amazing food, they also accommodated my girlfriend’s gluten, dairy and soy allergies.
- My only gripe is that they did not enforce a dress code or make any effort to remind other guests to watch their behavior. We asked to move to another room due to an obnoxiously loud table. After waiting for what seemed like forever we were eventually moved. I usually don’t complain about things like this but these folks were actually very noisy, to the point where it actually was hurting our eardrums, and they seemed very rude. We felt like we dressed up nicely only to go to what felt more like a rowdy pub rather than a fine dining establishment.
I hope to come back and have a better experience next time and hopefully the management might help address disruptive guests like this in the future so others will have a more comfortable experience :)
Absolutely love this place, i eat here almost everyday! Staff are wonderful and so nice and Heather and Devin are so helpful!! And I appreciate how they accommodate my gluten allergy!
I absolutely love this restaurant. When we go to savannah and want something quick and healthy, we stop by SHUK.
To me, the restaurant isn't expensive at all ($15.00 approx) for food that will benefit you in the long run. ( I mean, have you seen the prices at cava. You will definitely spend more at cava) .
The lattes are pretty good made with simple ingredients ( I just wish it were served a little hotter, especially on cold days), but nevertheless, still a good latte.
I totally recommend this restaurant to anyone with dietary restrictions ( dairy alternatives and gluten-free options are available. I'm not sure if someone with celiac would be safe here, but I'm sure the friendly staff can help you navigate through the menu with no problem)
If you prefer your food on the salty side, the restaurant provides salt and pepper shakers for customers. I think the balance of sharwama seasoning and pickled onions taste just fine with no extra salt needed.
Also, if you are a sauce person, try the amba sauce with your food.
I gave this restaurant 5 stars through and through.
I was very impressed by the service we received. Alex, took the menu to the chef, and they marked the entrees that could be made gluten free.
Alex, our waitress Sophia, and the chef made sure that my meal was gluten free.
Alex, stopped by during the meal to make sure everything was good.
Sophia was a great waitress.
Also, the Turkey BLAT was excellent.
Thank you for a great meal!

Really nice restaurant with good food. Some gluten free options (mostly sides). Very friendly service AND they have a few tables available for guests with dogs!
We went for a late breakfast. Not really a breakfast type of place, they have a limited selection for breakfast. Very limited gluten free selection. The breakfast platter that I had was about average, but I'm a foody and I rate a bit harsher than most.
Stopped in for a quick bite on a roadtrip and it was delicious! They have vegan, gluten-free waffle option to substitute for a bagel that was SO GOOD. It was filling and one of the best GF bread options I’ve had. I got the BLATT and my husband got a bacon, egg and cheese. They also had some options for little kiddos. Would definitely recommend!
Saw they had gluten free options and ordered for the first time. It was delicious! Finding gluten free/dairy free options at restaurants is usually disappointing but I will definitely be ordering again! I had the Italian on GF bread and it was piled high with fresh, quality ingredients! Plus the bread held together pretty well, especially considering how stuffed my sandwich was!!
Stopped by for lunch, and was glad I did. Love the fact that they offer a gluten-free menu to simplify your selections. I ordered the salmon with the asian fusion sauce, asparagus, jasmine rice, and a side of fries. It was delicious from beginning to end. I will definitely be back!
Loved this cafe! So many vegan (and gluten free) baked goods options, great drinks, and the real appeal is the arts and crafts tables making it a perfect family experience.
My coffee was perfect, the service was awesome and my banana muffin was scrumptious.
This was my latest visit and I had a gluten free English muffin with butter and cream cheese and it was delicious. I also enjoyed a pour over coffee which was one of the better ones I have had lately.
I will be back.
I have allergy needs and while gluten free is not on the menu here they accommodated me and just did a Cuban sandwich in a bowl. Great food and atmosphere 100% recommend.
Chef David is amazing. The food is delicious. The chef went above and beyond preparing my wife a meal she could eat. She cannot have gluten and is a vegetarian and he made sure that she had a delicious meal. Highly recommend eating here if your in the area. Thank you Chef!
Went in today! The iced coffee was delicious. I would definitely go back for plain coffee. When I asked if the syrups were gluten free the barista didn’t know. That’s fine. Another worker said she didn’t know why they wouldn’t be. Well… good thing I checked myself, because they aren’t! It’s important for food workers to know, especially if if can make people very sick.
GF; Glo's Coffee Corner is a real hidden gem! Tucked away behind the circle k in Georgetown (although it is easy to do so) you don't wanna miss this place. Good food, great service, fun and tidy atmosphere.
But wait there's more! After their grand reopening in 2020 they now have 'Quick Bites' for people on the go. A few select menu items already prepared, you can grab pay and leave in minutes.
As with my 'gluten friendly' reviews I will mention that Glo's takes care with food prep for those of us with dietary restrictions. Lastly the staff interaction with you the guest becomes more personal the more regularly you are their customer, making Glo's Coffee Corner my #1 choice for coffee, and so much more!
Bar tender was super friendly and up beat. The music was lively. The coffee was pipping hot and of average flavor and strength. They were able to accommodate a dairy free milk option for the coffee. I also noted they had gluten free toast options on their menu. I ordered the traditional Benedict. It was good. The hollandaise sauce was a bit too bright (lemony). But still better than some other establishments attempts at a Benny. Pricing was pretty average for a breakfast spot. Large menu with lots of options. Would come back.
Man I really hate to say this because the staff was so nice… but this cake was terrible. Brought this to a work event and the gluten free cake we got was beautiful, but tasted disgusting. Something went wrong in the baking process here. This was looked and tasted just like Play-Doh, had to be cut with a knife and bent a fork?? The icing was delicious but the actual cake was so odd in texture and was not sweet at all. Even when gluten free, this is the WRONG texture. A real disappointment.
Best fast casual restaurant in Savannah! We love their grab and go breakfasts, amazing sandwiches for lunch too. Plenty of options for vegetarians and gluten free too. Hands down the best breakfast burrito in Savannah. No question. Also the cutest 70’s diner decor, the concept and branding of this restaurant is absolute perfection.
If you’re anywhere near Savannah you really really need to grab a meal at Narobia’s. The shrimp and grits are delicious and everything is cooked perfectly. I have a gluten allergy and the staff immediately knew how to hook me up with the wheat-free version of my dream breakfast. My partner ordered biscuits which were flaky and smelled so good that I briefly considered risking an allergic reaction (gluten) for just one bite. Friendly staff. Amazing food. Can’t wait to eat here again.
Not cheap but high quality fresh macarons are worth it. Gluten free GF macarons. They didn't make it home if you know what I mean. Wonderful service. The young man was very patient, very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. Also have some other treats such as meringue. Accepted Apple Pay. On street parking.
This place is what I like to call my coffee oasis. I always has such an amazing time in superbloom. The espresso and superfood lattes are amazing and always come with the cutest garnishes. The staff is very friendly and quite funny, I always love chatting with them. Their vegan crepes are also always to die for. I wasn’t a fan of curry and kimchi before I tried it in one of their vegan crepes, but now it’s what I order every time!! They have plenty of vegan and gluten free items to choose from. They also host free community craft nights and provide supplies. I love looking around at the local artists who are showcased and sold in the store. I love this place like it’s my second home!
The atmosphere does not disappoint. Everything was ten times better than described online. Natalie was our server. She is bold, sassy and very knowledgeable. You're lucky to have her. My only criticism is the lack of gluten free items.
Cash Only. Cute cafe, cozy decor and the staff were friendly. Overall quality was lacking, and I have to assume that rent in the busy tourist district is so high that they have to use a lot of cost saving measures (which would be understandable). My gluten free breakfast sandwich + coffee was $23 before tip, and it was just ok. The GF bread was the tiny kind, which was good for a breakfast sandwich. The coffee came in a huge mug and tasted decent.
Overall, if you want to support local businesses that have a Christian-forward brand, this would be a good spot. Just don't expect too much in terms of quality.
This is a wonderful place for coffee and a snack. They have excellent spiced mixed nuts for those of us who are gluten free. It's a perfect place to bring your laptop and get something accomplished, as well as a friendly atmosphere.
Great gluten free scone. Right now there's only one GF option. Hopefully they'll add more variety as they are delicious and I would love to be able to try other flavors.
Place is super cute and friendly. Found my new favorite spot.
I went here with my fiancé, who has dietary concerns relating to gluten and soy— and after carefully reviewing their information (posted below) we were very excited about the bacon, eggs, and hash brown options for him!
To our dismay, the service attendant told us that they use soy on their grill— which completely negates this dietary information and significantly lessened what my fiancé was able to safely eat.
Don’t rely on the online posted guide. Always ask. We narrowly avoided him having a bad reaction.
This is the cutest little bakery/tea shop ever. So quaint with the most unique seating areas. Will accommodate a gluten-free diet if requested. I could visit here every day. Also, the iced green chair is divine!!
Just lovely. The historic setting is delightful. The tea was wonderful. The staff was able to assist me in finding a gluten free choice from the menu and even verified with the chef. A very nice setting to have lunch and tea.
