Man I really hate to say this because the staff was so nice… but this cake was terrible. Brought this to a work event and the gluten free cake we got was beautiful, but tasted disgusting. Something went wrong in the baking process here. This was looked and tasted just like Play-Doh, had to be cut with a knife and bent a fork?? The icing was delicious but the actual cake was so odd in texture and was not sweet at all. Even when gluten free, this is the WRONG texture. A real disappointment.

Fantastic... they have great vegan and gluten free options that doesn't taste like dirt. Lifesaver for those bread cravings. Plus give her some ideas for specialty foods cakes etc and you have an cake artist. Oooh and if you're diabetic, hands down the best.
