The menu is based on sharing, so instead of a classic menu with appetizers - first course - second course, there are smaller and larger dishes that can be shared.
The dishes are very original and above all very good, there are many links to local traditions but also interesting reinterpretations. As for wines and beers, there is a very wide range of local products.
The service is very friendly and nice, the owners and waiters in addition to Spanish speak fluent English and French (something that is not found everywhere in Seville).
If you follow particular diets you will find vegetarian options, but also gluten-free or lactose-free (these two also together). Small note for those like me who have IBS syndrome and struggle to find options that fit into the diet, here I found two dishes and a dessert 90% compatible.
Very fair price! A small dish, two large ones, two desserts, beer and water €78 for two.
Absolutely recommended!
