We have known the Donne del Vino association for a few years and given the positive experience of the previous time we decided to repeat the evening in Recco. The reference winery of the evening was Tenuta Carretta of the Miroglio family. We ate two starters: a very good sea bass tartare and the excellent focaccia from Recco, all paired with Alta Langa. First, pansotti with walnut sauce, while second, "Ciupin" (typical Ligurian fish soup) with Canorei. To finish we tasted an excellent dark chocolate dessert combined with Carretta's Moscato d'Asti. Super organized for gluten. Very good and kind Paola (and obviously all her staff!)
