Demetrios Pizza & Grill

We ordered 4 pizzas to dine in. One was gluten free. She brings 3 pizzas out. We wait for 25 minutes and ask where the gluten free pizza was. She said this is it. We asked why she put it in front of another couple. It was 3/4 eaten. She said she would order another gluten free. 1/2 hour later I asked another waiter where the gluten free pizza was. I then said give us our bill. Paid the bill and needless to say she got no tip. It was like she didn’t want to be there. Not attentive. Very poor service. She took the pizza off our bill and we never got the one that was reordered.

Really disappointed in the service and food we were served. Took my son out for a mom son date - first the waitress rolled her eyes at my sons request for water “now please” - he’s five Then we were served a gluten pizza with severely undercooked crust … to have it sent back and come back burnt. With only a sorry. Not to mention my mini ceasers dressing was not great and the chicken (that I paid extra for) was so dry I couldn’t finish it. Definitely bummed this was our first and last experience here. Having a bad food experience is one thing, but to feel like we are a burden to the staff being there (clearly it’s not a place for kids with no kids menu) is upsetting.
