Have not been to East Side Mario’s in years. My expectations were on the fence for a chain restaurant. My friend has severe celiac disease so we were suspect. They produced an extensive gluten free menu. We both had a pasta dish that was hot, flavourful and ample. But the best part of our meal was a delightful young lady named Laura who made the experience even more enjoyable. She was pleasant, friendly. attentive to my friends gluten allergy to the extent of putting my bread no where near her. If you could have her train your staff you would be golden. One of the best dining experiences we have had on our biweekly movie night.
