If you’re looking for a southern breakfast with southern hospitality, this is your place. Our server, Addie, was as sweet as pie and simply “darling”. We chose Flapjack’s because our daughter had celiac and they make gluten free pancakes from scratch (no cross-contamination). You can choose from any of the pancakes on the menu too! We had a side of twisted bacon and flapjack fritters that were yummy! Although the banana walnut pancakes are a house favorite, I didn’t love them. The three thick stuffed pancakes were too much for me and they were a bit dense and dry. However, the warm bottle of maple syrup was sweeeet!! All-in-all in was an excellent experience and the whole family left feeling full and satisfied.
