Flapjack's Pancake Cabin

To begin I'll say that I have celiac disease (gluten allergy). I had a great experience when I was there last week. My server's name was Krissy; she has a celiac daughter so she was extra helpful. I notified her of a gluten allergy/celiac disease and the first thing she did was get the allergen menu. She also notified the kitchen staff that my being gluten free is not a "preference". Flapjacks can use the gluten free batter for any of the pancakes, but Krissy let them know that I needed to be gluten free. She also sat down with me and told me what her daughter with celiac orders. Krissy was amazing, I highly suggest if you go to this location ask for her.

Delicious food and gluten free options!

Fast service and food was great, for most of the family. They were able to make gluten free pancakes for my wife, though not very good but not the fault of flapjacks most gluten free is not great but at least they had the option.
