Everything was good with the ribs, my wife's wrap was a little dry, but the environment was excellent. Four Brothers is consistently good. Gluten free is tough in this restaurant so I only eat salad, ribs, and baked potato. Chips, nachos, etc. have flour.

The server was really great and answered our questions we had. My husband is gluten intolerant and had asked a question regarding the menu. The server made it so that he could have the loaded potato at noon, an item made in the evenings, to better accommodate for his needs. The restaurant was clean and quiet. A great place to visit with people.
