Fraser's Fish & Chips

Cannot tell you how excited I was to have a full gluten free menu to choose from especially when I thought I was buying food for the rest of the family and having beans on toast when I got back home! All our food was delicious and the view from the bench opposite the shop wasn’t bad either!

1st class fish and chips completely gluten free and brilliant to see this place accredited by Coeliac UK. Almost all the menu is GF and they have GF vinegar. Only items not GF appeared to be ketchup and mayo. Spotlessly clean, freshly cooked and friendly and helpful service. Highly recommended

TLDR - good food but celiacs beware. Tasty food, vegan options and supposedly gluten free celiac certified (questionable). As a vegan, I was happy with the nuggets and tasty chips. My celiac friend however, did not have a good experience - hence the 2 stars. She ordered a gluten free portion and specified she was celiac, but she became rather ill over the next day. Her illness really impacted our holiday to Cornwall and her experience as a whole. She would not recommend this place for those with celiac or gluten intolerance.
