The best restaurant in Hakuba the staff are very friendly and have very good english.
Their food is fantastic and restaurant is beautiful.
Most importantly for us is they understand gluten free and have great gluten pasta and gluten free chocolate cake. The red wine is nice also.

Love this place!! Second ski season eating here. Staff is incredibly friendly and food is delicious. My husband has Celiac and they have gluten free rice penne pasta and gluten free dessert options. We had the chocolate cake with ice cream (no flour). We also don't eat meat, and they were accommodating. We asked for a tomato and vegetable sauce (even though it wasn't on the menu) and it was great (broccoli, peppers, and tomatoes). Would eat here regularly if we lived in Hakuba. They take reservations too.
