Hawaiian Bros Island Grill

Tonight we visited Hawaiian Brothers Island Grill for the first time. We went to the Owasso location. My son and I have a gluten allergy and I had not communicated that well so when Addison brought our food out she asked if we had a gluten allergy. I answered yes. She immediately offered to remake our food but because we had to wait while they prepared more chicken, she brought us 2 complimentary soft serve Dole. What a treat! The food was delicious, but her response to the problem will make us return and become loyal customers! Thank you for the excellent customer service!

My wife has alpha-gal and is allergic to gluten, so there are only 2 or 3 places we could go out to eat. We had gotten the Dole whips through the drive-thru but hadn't eaten there until recently. When we went in, we explained about my wifes food restrictions and they took extra steps to ensure there was no cross contamination of her food. After eating there a few times now, there is no doubt that customer service is a priority for them, which seems to be something that is slowly going extenct. Our experience has been nothing less than fantastic every time.

Everything was great. Clean. Malena - one of the employees - was exceptionally welcoming, informative, efficient and helpful. Looking forward to coming back! Their soft serve (pineapple/strawberry) tastes great - it is not too sweet, dairy free and gluten free.
