I have celiac disease and they have a really great gluten-free bun. They change gloves and use foil around the sandwich in the press. They take allergies very seriously. So many great sandwiches and toppings to choose from. Soup and salad too.

I have celiac and their gf roll is good as well as their safety protocol. I would reccomend asking them to leave on panini press longer than usual. They wrap gf sandwiches in foil before placing on press to save cross contamination. Mine was not melted enough but still good!
