Hotel Balneario Elgorriaga

We organized a three-day scientific conference there, and everything was exceptional. We must highlight the professionalism and dedication of the entire staff (Cristina, Chalo, Nuria, and Mikel) from the moment we first approached them about the project. During the months of preparation and organization of the event, they were attentive to every detail to ensure everything ran perfectly, and that's exactly what it turned out to be. All the conference attendees (85 scientists of all ages from all over Spain) were delighted with the setting, the hotel and spa facilities, the brightness of the conference room, and the food, which was delicious, varied, and plentiful throughout the three-day stay. Also noteworthy is the care and attention they showed to those with specific dietary requirements or needs (vegetarians, vegans, celiacs, and various allergies). They were impressed by the variety of products and alternatives available at the buffet every day. We all felt at home, like a big family, and that was undoubtedly thanks to the kindness and attention of the entire team. If we have to organize an event like this again, we will definitely do it again! Thank you so much, Cristina and Chalo, for everything!

The thermal circuit is great! The only thing is that the care for celiacs is not very good, at breakfast there are few options due to cross contamination and in the cafeteria some waiters did not know about the subject. Otherwise everything is great.

Our experience was very favorable. We checked in on Sunday, June 16th, and checked out on Friday, June 21st. I am lactose and gluten intolerant, but with their professionalism, I haven't had any problems. On the contrary, they were incredibly attentive to me in every way. I would especially like to thank Miguel (the manager), Amara, Patricia, the reception staff, and Cristina (the manager) for their excellent service and for making our stay so easy. I felt safe and very well looked after at all times. The facilities were excellent. I highly recommend the Elgorriga Spa. Thank you for everything. We hope to return.
